What was your cycle before cruise? Your prolactin is a little higher. Were you using tren or deca?
Any issues with sex drive etc? I found when my prolactin was high I had these issues, now its in check all is well!

for those interested in the fertility side of things I’m going to do a sperm check this week after 2months on HMG so i will keep every one upto date. if Its still low i may have to look at dropping training intensity and reducing anything that can harm sperm, hot baths etc
I am interested with this especially as your still on a cycle.
It is often said you ” must come off ” and do the whole ” baby making protocol ”

Some folk use long acting slin like levemir/lantus to bring fasted BS levels down when using GH.
Many use fast acting slin around the workout, often pre and post to drive nutrients into the muscles worked. Your pre, intra and post meals/shakes need to be on point here to prevent hypo.
Ultimately, fit insulin into your diet. Don’t fit your diet around insulin as you will just get fat.
