    You need to be careful of ” stacking ”

    Taking it at 8pm then going to bed at 10pm isn’t ideal, it is still active then. Its active for 4-5hours.

    Id aim for pre workout slin instead due to your evening meal and bed times.

    I myself get a lot of knee pain and its frustrating as fuck!

    Can you share some of the stretching/mobility work you do? And any videos off youtube that relates to it etc? Also what is blackrolling?

    Currently taking 10ml super strength omega 3 a day. Giving me 3,3g EHA 2,2g DHA.

    Jordan mentioned Krill Oil in his Anavar video.. is it something I should add to my health stock on top of the Fish Oil?

    What dosages you recommend? Krill is more expensive, but from my short reading it seems to be FAR more beneficial?

    What dosages do you recommend? Should you mix the two or could Krill Oil cover you alone?

    2-3g krill oil a day IMO

    Many ways to skin a cat, just need to find what your body grows the best from!

    If your training to failure and its ruining your joints then its setting you back isn’t it…so makes sense.

    I’ve took more in past, gear use with Jordan has been conservative. We haven’t smashed it and stacks are always relatively mild based around primo mainly so you won’t see me suffer from any sides or see my blood work terrible.

    What was your biggest cycle you’ve done? Always curious about these!
