Can you post your full diet up? Be good to see how your take on food is which your stomach issues etc.
Also to see your pre, intra and post nutrition. Personally I feel a bit sick after the gym with my big intra shake and struggle to eat for about 1.5 hours later…so maybe im better taking in a shake 30mins after gym then food before bed

All short Mark, pre and post . I built a lot of muscle in 2015 , was a decent turning point , but fat gain was crazy as milos was set on an insulin total and adjusted carbs to suit , which shouldn’t be done really.
From my reading a gda sounds beneficial buddy. The strom one or our one out soon will be ideal
What have you done with your gh?
Typical milos eh haha! Savage at mass gaining though!
GH I am dosing 3iu am and 3iu either post workout or before bed. I don’t feel the need to go over 6iu for myself at this stage

Mark how are you finding shifts in composition ? I think it’s synergy while using higher GH , makes a lot of sense . I didn’t necessarily feel previously that long would bring more or different to shorter insulin, but it’s now that perspective that I’m re looking at , when gh use is higher !
I think the limiting aspect of dietary fat intake is interesting also and if this needs to be adhered to or not .
Only been running it for 3 weeks ATM. Came off for 4 days just to check normal BS levels as ran it straight for the 3 weeks. Everything seemed fine so going to crack on for another 6 weeks or so then take a break. I am incorporating Pre workout novorapid also and the pumps are sickening!
As for body composition, little bit of extra BF but this is obviously down to increasing my calories a good bit. The fullness is great though, recovery I feel is a lot better also.
I am not running any type of GDA, however I might add in some berberine and see how sensitivity goes.
How/have did you run previously? When you worked with milos did he ever use long acting slin or was it all short acting?

Trisiba has a really long half life , I think one shorter , like levemir would be more ideal hypothetically . I really don’t like laying out any conclusions before I run stuff myself
Currently using levemir myself to bring overall BS down whilst pushing GH a bit higher. Nicely accommodating the higher carbs also.

Nice post mate, good to see healing is all good! Whats the reason for slight inverted nipple? Just the fatty tissue etc being taken away from behind it?
