    Any plans to do a video on proviron? Loads of guys using these days, would be good to have more insight why and the benefits at certain times along with dosages, cheers.

    Up your protein.

    Only count carbs from direct sources such as rice, cereal etc.

    IMO. I would drop your cardio in half also and then slowly raise calories

    How do you find the 200mg/ml NPP? Does it hold well? Spoke to a few people about 200mg/ml NPP and they say if its legit it will usually crash and crash very often?

    How does a prep relatively go for dropping cals? So your coming from off season, how are you transitioning into prep and dropping cals? How often would you say cals are dropped? How much cardio etc are you doing
