Resting today. Push tomorrow and pull weds. Got myself a new massage gun on the weekend which was awesome last night on my legs. Deffo woke up with less leg Dom’s than normal so I will keep using this on the daily to aid my recovery
What massager you got? Never actually tried one of these. Do you find it pretty beneficial?

No, I plan to sit lighter again than last offseason, I was 262 , won’t go above 255/256 , just primo again as offseason compound . I will do that and still get better too , you don’t have to “ push” , always , to get better . You have to simply be smart of when to push and when to refine
I worded that wrong. My comment of ” push ” was going for your pro card. I think you said after this year you were done trying for it and competing. That’s what I mean. But now it seems you want to get it and continue competing for a few years.

Whats your short term goals mate?
I think I asked a few months ago and you said this was your last year of pushing before calming down ( I think something along those lines )Have you now changed that and want to keep pushing for the next few years. Especially if you turn pro?

The ground rice, how do you make this? Never tried this. Is it drinkable in a shake with your isolate? Or do you just eat it.
