221lbs today!
Leg day. With the reduction in volume numbers/strength for my all out sets were waaaay up. Very good session
Now im sat with my new compex 8.0.machine doing some recovery massage. It’s very cool. Lets hope it helps with my recovery this year!

Can you explain your reasoning on using lantus? And I assume from how its laid out you take the lantus pre gym?
How long would you run the lantus for and whats the highest dose it will be ran?

As for slin, I know its hard to discuss your approach as your not on your diet. But how will you likely run it? Will you use lantus and novorpaid, or just a fast acting slin? And how have you ran before?

It could be an artefact of diet as TGs are 1.38 mmol
For HDL – try 1200mg Panthetine, 1.5g FLUSH Niacin, 500mg Citrus Bergamot A.M / P.M.
Increase CoQ10 to 200mg
10mg Monacolin K RYR will lower LDL ontop of 5g Vit C and 5g Lysine at bedtime.
Supplement with Liposomal Glutathione 2-3 times a week.
Week of blood test lower fats to 30g per day or keep diet the same.
Lowering fats will remove their bias towards hepatic lipid metabolism and TG production

I like tbol. Doesn’t effect my appetite like adrol etc. I think its decent for a bit of strength gains and its dry compares to dbol.
Better orals out there, but I do like tbol for a kick start if you like.
