I use the EOD approach and try run as much as I can handle. Had to decrease from 10iu EOD to around 7/8.
EOD just seems more convenient for myself but whatever is best you do.
And yes, use GH off season if you can!

To cut down on injections. I just do a big dose before bed, Having read into it a lot then I don’t see the massive benefit spreading it throughout the day
