How long is a piece of string? Impossible to say what you’d gain. Aim for 1-2lbs increase a week on the scales. If you start gaining too much fat then pull back a little.

What taking vitamins 4x a day? I only take a few health supps, take all at once at night..sits fine with me. Body is in perfect working order from bloods etc.
I just think taking vits 4x a day is a bit extreme, I don’t take this too serious. Just a hobby to me

Its always good to mix it up IMO. Why not have 2 different back days for say 8-10 weeks. Then go back to one overall back day etc. Try things

So mnay different ways to train. Find whats right for you. Just because JP does this and takes that…not everyone needs to jump on his bandwagon. He does what works for him…doesn’t mean it will for everyone else.
Personally I love Cutlers back workouts where he trains his arse off. Heavy weight and tons of sets!
