I think you have answered your own frustration. You want to stay lighter and feel healthy. You also want to keep your good blood work and continue to train like an animal. So I think the the low test what you have been doing is the sweet spot you will end up happy with.
You are still in a transition remember, so you will always have ups and downs. I think you need to set yourself small goals to have something to focus on and stay determined.
I am in a similar boat myself now. I would like to ask for your advice if you can give any.
I have recently made the decision to come off and drop to a HRT dose for the foreseeable future. ( Being 250mg of test E10 days for myself until I get the sweet spot by getting bloods done )
You have obviously just done this. Have you got any advice you can share on the overall experience and to help others choosing this route?
I have cycled and cruised for years without fully coming off, so I have accepted I will likely need HRT for life. I will also be trying for a kid next year, so I am unsure if I should start running HCG now until next year.
I still have test/deca in my system, so I can still push the gym aspect for another 8/10 weeks while it comes out my system. But for diet how would you approach this? I was pretty much all out bulking.
I want to get a lot healthier and fitter just like yourself. So I’m looking for any advice you can give.

Will you post up your blood work when you do it again?
It would be good if you could go over it and explain which supplements help certain variables of the blood work and trying to maintain as good as health as possible.

Would love to se how you as a strong man plan your PEDS’s ? like doses, do you scale up to a contest etc if your not into giving that info all cool offcourse ?Lovin that we have so different ppl on this page.
