I am having 425gms on training days and 350 ntd, have done since around 8 weeks out. At 50 I really thought I would be low, as said above person dependent.

100gms ground rice, 150gms egg whites, almond milk, made into pudding 30gms man sports cinnamon crunch isolate, sweet cinnamon and 60gms frozen blueberries. Delicious

Do you think there is a huge difference swapping jasmine rice with risotto rice assuming total cals/macros the same. It sounds like a stupid question but does the factor make a huge difference.

Hi Corinne, for me being 14ish weeks out and lifting like you would be strong, I realize that’s still a long way out. New to all this, will stick to holiday destinations ha ha (Nashville is good) 🙂

Iceland is a definite, Copenhagen is lovely and for exploring you cant beat the North of Scotland.
