    Hi Sas,
    Its amazing having your knowledge on this site. At the moment I am trying to keep my cals static and use cardio to create the deficit, keeping my carbs in breakfast pre and post veg and protein meal 4 and protein and fat meal 5. Do you think this is ok to do and do you think it would help dropping carbs from meal 1 and putting more pre and post ?. Thank you for your time.

    Sas its amazing having you here answering questions. I have followed this site for a few months and it has changed my training and physique for the better even at 48. Jordan is a master and I cant wait to see your development. I honestly think your physique with nice lines great size and condition and small waist is the way forward for body building, at the moment I think yourself and Regan Grimes are the future of the sport. Thanks for taking the time to help all us gym warriors.
