Thankyou :).
I thought I’d ask as never seen anyone use it in a diet phase. -
I have a few questions
1. Why werent you running gh everyday?
2. Whats the benefits of running lantus over nolva rapid. ? Is it to keep glucose levels in check for the 12 hours it’s active
3.why are you now running insulin post workout and not per workout ?
I’ve only ever done it pre workout.
Or pre and post. So I’d like to know your thoughts on this. -
I struggle to progress on push if I have legs the day before. Maybe it’s not progressing because you are going too heavy and using shoulders more than chest? Then your push workout is more of a stupidly high shoulder and triceps workout with chest flies?? I have also done this.

Noticed you are hitting the t3 quite hard. And I thought Jp is against running it higher than 25mcg most of the time.
Is this something you have to do on most preps? Or just sometimes when metabolism isn’t playing ball?
Thanks

What’s your thoughts on using lantus just a few days a week to bring up lagging body parts.
I’ve heard alex kikel talk about this in one of his podcasts. Would be nice to hear what you think.
Also would you recomend jumping straight into 50 mg proviron per day if they are going to try it with cycle or 25 enough??
-
And what benefit do you get out of adding in the proviron?
I’ve only ever used it once and that was to help combat deca dick lol. -
How will you be measuring your bg level when taking lantus?
-
How come you are using lantus? I thought Jordan was against using long acting slin?
Also do you noticed much difference from deca to NPP ?
-
What dosage of t4 did you use and did you keep checking bloods to find a correct dose.
I’m cutting atm and thinking of adding t3 back into the mix to help speed things up so I can get back into a position to bulk. But don’t really want the rebound after it waiting for my own levels to restart
What is your thought on doing both t3 and t4 Aswell. Or is one of those alone enough to help aid in fatloss. Thanks :). -
How come Jp is having you using eq a lot in cycles recently?
I remember him saying something about not taking the test as high and using eq for less sides or something?
I cannot find where it says it. I have been looking through his log every time I get some spare time. But can’t find it.Don’t want to ask @jordan-peters on his log as he’s only a couple of weeks out and I don’t want him to tell me off for not seeing it in his log haha.
If you could shed some light on this it would be great.

Any luck finding anything?

What size needle to you use for your shots also. As I thought the slin pins that you had to back load only had really short needles so wouldn’t go deep into the muscle

But he won his pro card while I was away and since then his price has shot up to £200 a month from what I’m told from other people I know who have recently been in contact with him.I can’t justify spending that much money per month tbh.

Did you hire Jordan? Or someone else??

MemberOctober 27, 2018 at 11:55 am in reply to: James Hollingshead 2018 transition into off seasonWhat’s your thoughts on hiring a coach for off season.
Would you say it’s a nessesaty or is it simply a matter of pushing weight up and getting as strong as possible. And saving money to hire a coach when it comes to pre contest.
Seena few ig story’s from akagiant and Phil viz and they are saying it’s just as important as pre contest. And that money shouldn’t be a deciding factor if your goal is bodybuilding.
But seeing as they get financial gain for you hiring them. I’m not sure how much truth is behind that.
Thanks in advance.
