I have a hiatus hernia so anything dairy based gives me acid reflux. That would be my absolute nightmare haha.

I competed June last year.
Went on holiday straight after. Came back and decided to do my own diet and bulk up until Xmas myself.Done okay until weekend came and I’d only eat 3/4 times a day and just cram loads of food in.
Which I don’t think worked for me at all.
Then got injured and have had flu and severe chest injection since Xmas.
So currently looking fatter and less muscular than I was after my comp.
looking back thinking I wasted my time all of the last 6 months. And now have to start again from a worse starting point.This game is a headfuck. Lol

Also have you ever had any reasonable amounts of time off due to injury or bad illness.
Or ever feel like you’ve waisted your time.
As in decided to bulk for a set amount of time and by end of it your eating too much or missing meals. And just get out of shape.Obviously I’m talking earlier on in training.
If so. Did you find your muscles size regained faster as you had already been bigger.
And how did you deal with it mentally?

Drug wise. What do you class as low in your off season.
You don’t have to go into actual cycle etc.
But total weekly mg.Just curious as to see how low you manage to keep the dose to achiev the size you are today :).

What do you do/ have you done in the past when you’ve had niggles.
Like pulled muscle. Strained muscles. Tendinitis or aches and pains etc.
Would you just get some work done on it and train lighter or differently.
Or would you skip that bodypart and let it rest for a week or 2? -
What size bands do you use for your banded deads??
Also do you think these would be better for someone with knee tendinitis. As it makes it harder at top than bottom??

Maybe just get Tesco multi vit just incase. Cheap and cheerful haha.What about your omega 3. Do you go for a specific brand. Or just anything?
My chiropractor was telling me that it’s worth spending the extra money on them because of way they are made of something.Was getting Graston done at the time so didn’t take much notice haha.
