I’m guessing you also take a multi vitamin Aswell. As part of your health supplements?
If not, do you not think they are needed.
If you do. Which brand would you recomend.
Some are soooooo expensive. Do you think there is much difference.

Another question regarding your reply to coming off etc.
Do you “bulk up” and do a cycle before a comp.
Or do you only ever come off a cruise to prep for a comp now?
Did you used to do bulking cycles etc. How did you do things when you were getting to the size you are now?
Did you used to have long offseason etc.
How often did you used to compete while you were getting to the size you are now and how many years have you been training.
This question isn’t just gear related. It’s just your reply to that coming off question made me wonder.
Would you say you do a lot differently now to what you used to do when you were trying to get to where you are now.
Sorry about the essay haha. Good luck answering that ????

MemberJanuary 31, 2018 at 11:14 am in reply to: Jordan’s 2018 Log ( NO OFF TOPIC POSTS)Jordan just watched you new video on cycles 1 and 2.
Any chance you could do a vid on an intermediate trainer that’s started on higher doses. And not a progressive overload approach to food and training etc.
And what you would do if you were him. Ie can they drop the dose back down and start again. Or are they completely fucked from bad advice given in the past.
Think a lot of people on here would benefit from that as most probably already take peds before signing up to your site. And 90% of them have undoubtably seen the poor info on the online forums etc.
Thanks :). Also glad you don’t have to have the op on your abs

So how comes this prep has been much less cardio and clen?
Because you started on less food from the start??
Roughly how much weight has he had you dropping each week?
You look huge in your last insta pic.

I see. I must of interpreted what you said wrong in regards to the water retention.
That makes more sense about the holding water longer as the ester keeps it in your system longer. And not just holding more because of a certain ester.
Also saved me a fortune on npp lol.
-
Jordan I have a question. Hope I’ve not missed it or it’s silly.
Your using 700npp in your current cycle because you don’t like the deconate ester. I’m sure I’ve seen you say it’s because of the look you get on it and the length of time it takes to work and stays in your system.
But in your testoresterone video you done you say that Ester doesn’t matter much in regards to water retention. And that’s it’s the compound in general.
Why is deca different?
Only asking as I’m currently decided wether to try npp instead of deca and if it’s worth the extra cost lol.

How do you track progress in your off season if you don’t worry about fat gain.
And don’t do the low volume jp style approach??
Do you still focus on getting as strong as possible?
Do you still log book your sessions?
Do you have a planned routine or just do whatever you fancy when your training each bodypart? And diet wise. Do you not worry about getting in x amount of protein per day or x amount of calories??
It’s nice to speak to someone that does something different to Jordan that’s actually done very well for themselves.
Most people I know that follow a single bodypart split and don’t track food or weights lifted never seem to progress.
What would you say you do differently?
Or would you put it down to genetics? Thanks 🙂

Do you worry much about bodyfat gain in your off season?
Is there a rough goal of weight you try and gain each week?

MemberSeptember 28, 2017 at 6:38 pm in reply to: Splits for slightly lagging upper bodyI’m similar to you. My quads are my best bodypart.
I’ve been doing legs push pull rest lower upper rest.
But knees are fucked ATM have severe tendonitis I ignored the whole time I was prepping for last comp.
So currently doing legs(bis, calfs and hams only)but you could do quads
Push pull rest push pullVery low volume on push days. All my weights are increasing so I must be recovering on each workout.

Just out of curiosity what would your leg workout would of looked like when you were training higher volume previous to working with Jordan.
My knees are getting hammered with the 2 times a week training.
Followed your advice from before. Slowed things down. Even paused at the bottom and focused on contraction. But it’s taking my knees longer to recover between workouts. So thinking about doing them with higher volume.
Thanks 🙂 and thanks for the last bit of advice :).
I really appreciate it.

Thanks for helping me hijacking the thread lads ????
I do my first set around 15 reps to failure with good form.TBH it may be the position of the actual leg press in my gym.
But if I put my feet low on the platform it stops me driving through my heels.
Feels like I’m doing some sort of leg extension as opposed to a press.
Probably more like a sissy squat.
If that makes sense at all. And I can literally only feel it in my knees. -
Thanks for your advice. I really appreciate it.
Il start trying all those tips.
I’ve been told I need to stretch a lot more as my flexibility is very poor and I’m too tight.I don’t sacrifice my form for weight.
I do a good 3 second negative and explosive positive and come to depth every rep.
But I never concentrate on contracting my quads when I leg press.Shal I drop the weight and start concentrating on my mind muscle connection and. Hold weight back up.
I get worried my legs will shrink if I drop the weight haha.
-
This may sound like a silly question.
But when your leg pressing and doing other compound moves. Are you concentrating on contracting your quads.
Or just veering last weeks lifts with perfect form and moving weight from a to b.I ask because my knees have been flaring up a lot this year and it’s always when I get over a certain weight.
But I don’t concentrate on contracting my quads as when I do this the weight drops dramatically.Ive been doing higher reps like I’ve seen you mention doing in here on another post.
So il do 15-20 rep set first then go heavier. But my legs are reasonably strong. I can get 15 reps with 400kg on the machine but it kills my knees and I can’t feel it in quads.
How did you get around this problems??

Hi. Loving the journal.
Just curious as to if you always hire a coach when prepping for a show. ( I know your not prepping now. I just mean for your previous shows)
And does it really make a difference hiring people like aceto etc.Do they do anything different? Why do they get classed as “guru’s”.
-
Saw your hack squat video yesterday on Instagram.
Looked insane. Going to watch that for motivation before training legs this morning 🙂How are your quad fibres now you are using higher reps and less volume?
And are you worried your legs will shrink with the lighter loads? Or is the fact you are still pushing to failure and beating the log book enough to ensure for growth. Or atleast adequate stimulation for growth. Also are you still using bpc175 dit da jow and kwang loon oil outside of the gym?
What are your protocols for using these?
Sorry for the long post but it’s not often you get to find out about how a bodybuilder actually trains around or cures injuries.
Thanks ????
