Also do you use the dit da jow oil or alcohol based one?

Jordan I’ve noticed when you have a niggle in your tricep you do 4 sets ( 3 sets sub par failure on the 4th set with a lighter weight)
But when you have a niggle in your quad. Or chest you still do low volume and fail in a 15 rep range.Would you ever do the 4 set tactic with quad or chest pressing so you fail on a lighter weight over 4 sets?
What’s your reasoning behind this?

I’m sure he’s mentioned it on here and in his vids that he stays on 25mcg t3 all the time so he doesn’t have to deal with a rebound ect.
As that is what your body naturally produces anyway. -

I see. So in theory you could alter your current macros and do say 25 pre and post ??
Would this give you faster muscle gain?

Just wondering. With regards to insulin.
If fat gain is caused by people upping carbs (calories) because they want to run x amount of slin. And the excess calories is what creates that fat gain.Could you not stick to the same calories you have now and tweak them so your having even more carbs pre intra and post to allow for a crazy amount of insulin usage?
Or is there a point of more if not better with insulin?

Are you tempted to go out to Kuwait for a few months after your masters?
Or will that never be possible with running your business etc.
I’d be interested to know how much it would cost to go there. Not that I could have that sort of time away from work and the Mrs and the real world.

What do you think it is that’s stopping you recovering as fast this time mate.
As you were running fortitude last year and that’s 3/4 times a week frequency.Do you think it’s to do with the volume you are hitting per session being too high?
Or just the amount of weight you are lifting on every exercise.As you are still on cycle at the moment Aswell? So would this not help you recover also?

But had the flare up after 1 week of yohimbine use.
I didn’t realise injectables acted on the stomach that badly?Also I take yohimbine on empty stomach first thing in morning so it may have irritated it.

Tren a 400mg
Per week.Had an ulcer October last year but thought it had cleared up.
Obviously the yohimbine has made it flare up again.Wanted to add in anavar next week Aswell but I’m worried that will irritate stomache :(.
Might have to pull out of this prep if things don’t get better.

I was on 25mcg for 6-8 weeks then upped to 50 for a few weeks.
I know what your natural production is. And I’ve watched the video.
My question wasn’t how to use it at what dose.
It was. When would you implement it in someone’s diet. Are there any signs of low thyroid to look out for.
Or is it just a matter of completely stalled fat loss.You still get a rebound on 25mcg anyway.
I was hoping to stay dieting without it.
