I think one factor that affects this behavior is the part that it’s a plus if the training is enjoyable. After like 3-4 weeks I stop enjoying the program I’m doing and I get kind of excited creating a new program, and then when everything is done I get an energy boost to train. If I instead stay with the same program I’m being more consistent but training feel more like a chore. So I’m not sure what of these two alternatives that the least sucking.
