    Thank you all so much for your responses.

    I think one factor that affects this behavior is the part that it’s a plus if the training is enjoyable. After like 3-4 weeks I stop enjoying the program I’m doing and I get kind of excited creating a new program, and then when everything is done I get an energy boost to train. If I instead stay with the same program I’m being more consistent but training feel more like a chore. So I’m not sure what of these two alternatives that the least sucking.

    Hey man,

    How many rotations would you generally recommend on a Push, Pull, Rest, Legs, Rest? Is 3 rotations to much if you enjoy the variation as it would mean that it’s 15 day for each time you repeat the same exercise?
