i have similar issue look at the ingredients on pre workout. I see when i tak beta-alanine bloted me so much and i have no apetite maybe u have the same problem with that.

Hi again. I will chosee cable becuse u have better range of motion and this movment is harder to cheat. But DB is good option too if your form is good u can go with it.
about reps u can go high rep ranges to better mind muscle connection -

I have 2 rotation on upper/lower
and i go 2on1of2on1of…
it works fine for me. But i want see opinion someone smarter than me beacuse maybe 3 rotation is more beneficial.
About adductor i go the same each sesion but i change the rep ranges. -
It depends what’s be easy for you doing more steps or eating less. If you starving u can add steps/cradio if you fine with apetite cut calories

I think the leterals means side lateral raises like DB lateral raises or cable
About rear delt it’s hard to say because i don’t know how all plan looks but i think Jordan add rear delt work in next upper or lower so probably you don’t need it
Imo u can go incline DB press too. -
