    Hello, try to increase with very little weights

    1,25 kg or add reps or increase the rest btw sets

    Hey Jordan! Started upper and lower training for the first time and am absolutely loving it. In the past, I’ve noticed I’ve had no problem improving #’s when it comes to legs and back, but for some reason some chest and shoulder presses can be a b*tch to improve lol. Do you guys have any tips on how to constantly improve pushing movements during an upper / lower split ?
