Hello mate

Accutane is not great for mental health if you are not someone very very balanced and strong.

    I took it.

But for me was much harder mentally without (so with much acne) than with it.

So you need to be careful, it’s a deep treatment.

Alongside of Bb, accutane-roaccutane is raising the cholesterol quite faster so you need to follow your levels with bloods very often and control them with diet.

And I would second the questions of Kuba for the rest.

    ?

Okay thanks, my reply’s in other comment 🙂

Going low carb the next couple days and then cracking on as planned isn’t an issue 🙂

Thanks for the reply, how much do you reckon I drop them by ? A training day for me would normally be 300-400 carbs

For what reason are you taking it

In order to stay more insulin sensitive while in my growing phase

So if these food sources digest fine then they are ok.

I also dont like the idea of only 3 meals on rest days and would like to see you have 4 minimum ideally but its not a must.

Then the question is are you recovering, progressing in gym and are you gaining weight. If so then all is good, if not then these numbers need to go up

Noted. Where would you push more food ? And as for the actual food are there any swaps I could make ?
Well i dont know what foods you like bud or that digest well for you so very hard for me to suggest swaps.

For example there are lots of swaps I would make for myself – I would not use yogurt as it does not digest well, I would have some fats and less Fruits in the last meal.

Meal 4 I would move the dark chocolate to last meal.

I would then add a fourth meal on rest days to increase overall food.

I would also have kore carbs at meal 1 – some fruit here

However thats only if you need more food at this time
I’ll do all of that mate thankyou, any food swaps are fine I’ll eat absolutely anything lol

It’s very person dependant, some will need to go lower at the latter end of a prep, but rarely zero carb, unless a must, some clients fade and their lowest may be with at least one carb meal, but this is at the back end of prep.

how are you finding your training and recovery is on your current set up?

I mean I haven’t been doing 0 carb, I’ve always lowered and it’s never been an issue. Just wondered if it would be more advantageous

Not the way I would personally do it, but if it works for you and you make progress on it then go for it

How would you personally program it ? Any tips ?
