    Thanks for your reply mate. I was just interested in peoples views, opinions. I understand there’s a lot of factors involved as you stated :). As for me personally I have a very active lifestyle. And always get my blood work done. And always keep a check my blood pressure which has always been in perfect range. And take the necessary supplements. I also have my heart checked :). And have a very clean diet. But thanks for your input mate. Much appreciated. I just find sometimes a lot of these issues are over exaggerated. I could be wrong though.

    It’s meant to be at least 55% but the cardiologist didn’t seem bothered by it. Because I wasn’t experiencing any other issues from the fast heartbeat.

    Cheers buddy I’m not really concerned about either. The cardiologist didn’t seem concerned just got to have it checked again in a year. So was just getting people’s thoughts 🙂
