    One thing i thought about…

    When your abbductor is healed, and if u still follow the modified split… will u introduce more coumpound movements/sets for the legs?

    Like sdl, maybe hacksquat, a couple more sets on the legpress…?

    The reason why im asking is that i wonder if u have any thoughts on the ceartain exercises and cns recovery? Or just crack on whit it..

    I think the anwers u will get is ”do the split u like the most”

    U can always compare weight proggresions between those 2 splits and see which one makes u stronger, and compare photos of your physique, when u have tried both of them.

    Thank u for answering… how long do u train the same session before ”giving the split a go”, and moving on whit rotations?
    Relearning ”new” exercises and patterns, and getting stronger and better on them…whats our thought on that, when trying out a split…
    Offcourse i also know that its a ”feel” also..

    How long do u ussully give a split a go, before deciding if its good or not… beacasue its pretty hard to do, if there is 2-3 diff rotations from the start…

    This type of question may have been asked before but..

    When u are starting a new split, specially a advanced split like this, when everything has to be really spot on to decide if its a good split…progressions per musclegroup and overall development for every musclegroup..

    Do u run 2-3 diff rotations from the start, or do u run the same for a couple of sessions to quicker see if it works?

    I think i heard something from Vigorous Steve about this subject, and his advice, amongst many, was to move the shots to the morning, as early as it can be.

    Cant give any good advice on this one..

    The later offcourse…no point doing a bunch of exercises or just doing the movement whitout have the mind miscle connection..

    Why would adding load make reps lower?

    Pick a rep range you like ( said this a million times ) , then progress the lift

    I just thought that sometime i would hit a point where its hard to progress in reps and adding more load each week would be counterproductive….i hope i didnt ruined your day whit that dumb question😅😏

    Hey guys. Again, thanks for everybodys advice.

    Ive dropped the weight off, plus 200 grams more than the weight before the 2 binging days, so weight is going down nice, also, the last two workouts the pump been crazy, and reps have gone up a few…

    I did a change, i switched out almost all the fat to carbs, so was proberlby under 10g fat these last days… will proberly change ratios soon, cant be all that healthy.

    Just saw the difference from a year ago…thats really inspiring.

    Must be tough to only be doing 3 days/week training, but i know why..

    Maybe i should cut down to 4days/week training😭😅?!
