    I prefer to see therapists who lift as they then can empathise better and give you options of how to get back on the platform as opposed to keep you away from it . We all know we get stronger with gradual exposure .

    But another option is hypers or anything you can bend over with . Barbell row , barbell RDL , dumbell row , hypers .

    Your execution, if you can do hypers and that’s pain free or Rdl you can SLDL

    If you don’t like it or get on with it

    Paused Rdl will work perfectly fine.

    No disrespect but if your mum is a Chiro and she says no to any deadlift variation she probably needs to update her credentials.

    Im on 300mg test e and just added 200mg primo, divided on 4 shots a week.

    No fatburners except coffe.

    Nac

    Vit c

    Multivitamin

    Curcummin

    Q10

    Eaa intraworkout

    Creatine

    And im on top on my fluids, 4-6 litres a day.

    Can i just ask u about going to failure on sets, just so i understand..

    If i got a rep, in gonna do it, but it offcourse gotta be a good mechanical rep, not a slow grind rep.. but if i quit when i feel that i got that 0.5 rep, then i dont ”feel” like ive done everything i can completing that rep?!

    I actully feel bad for it…

    But then when i watch pros saying that for instance ”they cant walk for days after legday” and such and such…

    Ive never gotten that feeling, when i just train to mehanical failure…

    I guess u will say ”well if u cant complete that rep, there is no point logging it in your loogbook, is it? ”

    Then again…i just want to here your take on it anyway..

    I live bodybuilding and like to suffer, ill think ill just keep getting leaner and then do a 25-30 week push..going for 1-2kg/month.

  • Okey… so what i understand, LH and FSH dont matter when im on Hormone therapy, cause it just signals that my testis are not producing testosterone. Im i correct?

    So if my other healthmarkers are in check, it wouldnt matter.

    I just looked on my old bloodtest and both fields ”LH” and ”FSH” were blank… seems like they didnt check it.

    Im sorry Jordan… maybe i already should have known this.

  • Just so I’m clear , are you considering running primo , without any testosterone ? As this is a very very bad idea

    No, im already on hormone therapy, im getting Nebido every 8week now, so i will always be on some test.
    I will still have blast and cruise phases thou, its just that i will stop taking stuff 4-5 weeks before the test, so it dont show that i inject more test than just the Nebido.
    But i still want to have some aas in the system, as long as health is in check, and it dont show on the test.
  • Offcourse, as always, if health markers and not in check i will drop it anyways..just wondering if its possible it might not effect my Lh and Fsh.
