    But it will shut down natural test production and see the downstream impacts of that on Lh and Fsh

    Okey..natural test production is not anything i care about anyway…
    Ive never tried primo before, but im thinking about giving it a go..and running it as long as i can, most certanly during my blood test/health marker test. Is there anyway to combat the LH and Fsh downstream impact?
    On 300-400mg a week, is it possible that it wont be an impact on them?

    U guys are absolutly right. I have been overthinking it..

    I was cought up in the thought of

    ”Okay, i got 5000kcal, i need 30% protein, 20% fat and 50% carbs etc”

    Then i saw the video and i was like , ”how do i do this?!”

    Oh yeah, i know halflife matter a ton here, but 750 mg test e and 300mg npp managed to clear in 7 weeks last time.

    Last time a tapered up over the blast, from 400mg test to 750, the npp from 200 to 300, over about 25 weeks i think.

    But since i dont have that much time this run, im thinking about doing testosteron propinate instead.
    And NPP.

    Same there, taper it up..

    Update: i do bloodwork every 24th week, so i got 24 weeks to build or cut and get clean.

    Should i maybe try to stretch out the bloodwork a few weeks if possible?

    Hey Marcus, personally I wouldn’t add in extra chest sets to your pull workout. I would just focus on really exhausting your muscles on their set days. I would start your push workouts with a flying movements that you really feel your chest in. You need to work hard on your mind muscle connection here, then when you start your pressing movements your chest will be really activated and you can take that connection onto your pressing movements. Even if you have to pull back weight slightly to improve execution. With regard to hamstrings I think you’ve got the right idea training them before quads, I also liked to do this and I felt it was not detrimental to my quad training at all. Just stick with this and vary your exercise selection from lying, seated, standing, kneeling curls and again really focus on connection and execution here rather than load. With regard to your lower back have you tried doing Hyperextension? These can be a bit less harsh than deadlifts, Ofcourse you won’t be getting as much load but you will be able to train the muscle rather than injuring it or being in pain. Lastly with your glutes it may seem tedious but have you tried doing Bodyweight banded hip thrusts before you perform glute movements, this will help again with muscle activation and connection.

    How can i squeeze in more freq for chest?
