So knowing GH impairs glucose uptake , what negates that the best naturally ? Training ! So when would be the best time if your taking something that impairs glucose but at the opposite end soemtjjnt that up regulates it ? It wouldn’t make sense when using both to do the other way around , it makes sense gh pre as a bolus , so we get the downstream systemic igf , use training to offset the insulin resistance , use insulin ontop to create hyperinsulimea to uptake carbs and aminos then post local igf to further drive local uptake and local igf and stack ontop of the ghs igf effects . Context is key and understanding how these all interact together . I obvs haven’t talked about this stuff for years as I haven’t done it in years but I started this in 2015 under Milo’s guidance and he was OBSESSED with this so he taught me fully every part
Thanks for explaining Jordan! Makes perfect sense! Looking forward to seeing how effective you find the addition of igf1!

Thanks a lot!

It’s hard for me to answer , as you genuinely are in a tricky spot here , you do need to get that back down . Lantus will allow you to uptake carbs , but it doesn’t fix that issue , it by passes and as a result of that it slowly makes it worse, hba1c will never decrease while using exogenous insulin when it’s high like yours . Have you taken any of this to a doctor at any point ?
Because again I am absolutely not advising you to do this , but what I would do , is take out private medical insurance , once I had that I would run some blood work for the first time and discover this high hba1c issue for the very first time , book a consult on my private medical with a specialist and then have them take over the Treatment to lower the hba1c / find out the exact issue that is causing it . That is what I personally would do .
Thanks for your reply Jordan. The problem is it was the NHS that did the blood test and I now have prediabetic on my file so health insurance will be very expensive!
I will try to see a private consultant anyway! Thank you very much for all of your help!

Were these finger prick or IV drawn bloods ? I would make sure your having bloods taken for this
Do you have diabetes in the family ?
Some practical additions , carbs only at the workout perimeter , the rest of the time go pro fat . At this leanness , cardio and no gh use , this has to be a hereditary issue . If you have the specific genes for diabetes it makes it very hard to combat that , which your showing here , but your doing everything right
Thanks for the reply Jordan.
It was an Iv blood test fasted.
No one else in my family has diabetes but for some reason my hba1c is always high even though my fasted blood glucose readings are around 4.2-4.9 maximum.
Would you look to use Lantus during a push up or would you suggest I don’t think about pushing up?
I really want to be bigger but unsure how to go about this properly.
Thanks!

Hey, HBA1c readings can be affected by stress & even the time your bloods were taken.
Keep monitoring your fasted BG, get regular blood work
Stay leaner as you grow tapering up very slowly, keep some cardio in, but not 45 minutes daily, or you will run yourself into the ground
Insulin sensitivity isn’t just about being lean, if your body is overly fatigued you will notice sensitivity get worse.
Key is staying in a small surplus over time , staying active and not getting too fat
Metformin, insure ( gda ) will help, don’t obsess over the readings and keep an eye on them
If you’re getting ridiculous amounts or servers hypos that’s when it’s time to start really consulting with a doc.
Thank you for the reply Meg! Appreciate it!

Love heart
Vital support
Heart careVital support contains ip6 which helps chelate iron out of the system.
Heart care contains nattokinase which lowers hematocrit and hemoglobin and also helps reduce blood clot risk.
Also do not supplement with much vitamin c as this will increase red blood cells due to increasing the absorption of iron.
These 3 products will also help to control blood pressure.
Also adding some liss cardio daily will help this as well as the hiit cardio you have added.

Hey Kuba, I just watched your latest YouTube video on supplements and was wondering you say you take 6 heart care per day, i used to take 5 capsules but I just got a new tub and the recommended serving size is 3 tablets per day before it was 5. Do you take 6 instead of the 3 that’s recommended?
Thanks!

Hey Kuba, I saw you were wearing pulsio compression boots on your Instagram. What are your thoughts on them? I wanted to buy some to help with leg recovery. Thanks!

Hi Ryan,
Test was done fasted yes and also my carbs were around 450g per day mainly potato, rice and cyclic dextrin as carb source.

Hey hilly,
I’m on 150mg test e per week for the last 10 weeks.
I rested for 4 days prior to bloods being drawn and I am taking the whole tbjp health range love heart, heart care, vital support, 8 omega pro per day and curcumin and vitd3 and k2 and with double dose love heart
In regards to the hb1ac I weight train 3/4x per week and do cardio 2/3x weekly aswell as roughly 12k steps per day. I’m relatively lean still visible abs
The hb1ac was the only one I was really concerned about but what would you suggest to help this?
Thanks!

Also egfr was 76 target range is 90-120
-
In case photos don’t show the values that were out of range were
Tesosterone – 39nmol
Creatinine – 114 target range under 104
Hb1ac – 42 target range under 42
Red blood cell count 5.87 -
For me based on this i would run
300mg test, 300mg EQ and 100mg NPP – split the jabs MWF – I much prefer Eq for those that are very E2 sensitive as long as blood counts etc stay in range.
Then get bloods done at week 5-6 and asses were hormones are – if you need/want to increase the dosing from here do so based on bloods and progress/feel etc etc
Thank you Hilly! I will definitely be getting bloods done around week 5/6
