also I have implemented 20 mins cardio a day, cut out red meat, butter and dairy and started eating a lot more fruit and veg healthy fats and fatty fish I’ve lost 8kg since the test was done. have another test booked for 13th august

jordan had the medtech trestalone tested i believe, it was dosed correctly.
dunning labs do a dhb if you can source it, otherwise sg or tm are usually g2g.

Jordan purchased your ebook, it’s great thank you for all the knowledge from this site! when do you plan on getting blood work done and do you expect things to be out of range after the compounds you had been using during prep? looking forward to seeing the results of the trest and dhb cruise!

It should be fine I used insulin on dhb just carry extra carbs on you.

400-600mg a week is good, and you can pin once or twice a week as it’s cyp Ester but because of the low mg/ml it would be hard to do 4ml ( 600mg ) in one shot..
I had no pip from the southern ghost 150mg/ml when I mixed it with test e.

jordan have your bloods ever come back out of range? and if so did you find it easy to get them back to normal?

I don’t drink or smoke but had a death in family 2 weeks ago have been very stressed.
My body fat is probably around 16% going to diet from tomorrow though.
Bp no idea going to book appointment with doctors tomorrow.

Thank you! Last blast was 600 test e, 600mg deca, and I started the cruise 2 and a half weeks before the blood test so I’m guessing the deca and test is still in my system but I have no idea why test levels are so low.
Was using dimensions test e just switched to southern ghost going to do 150mg every 5 days and add liss and health supps and change diet ( no red meat or dairy ) add more fatty fish.
Will retest bloods in 6 weeks and hopefully will see some improvements

I’ve been cruising on dimensions test e 250, 0.5ml twice a week and had bloods done last week results came back 11nmol/l which is very low! Just switched to southern ghost test e and will be running the same dose and getting bloods done again in 6 weeks
