It takes 60days for sperm to mature so 8million after 4 months off anabolics isn’t bad at all. It also takes weeks for esters to clear your system before the sperm production begins. Retest in another 2 months & see how your count, etc is then. Hopefully sperm production will continue to increase & you’ll be at decent level for fertility before long.

Be wary of coaches who are constantly advertising their services. Chances are that they have a high turnover rate (you can guess what that means) & possibly have a large number of clients so attention to individual issues is little to none.
Also there’s not much point in being coached by a pro level coach if you’re in the early year of development.

Personally the best coaches I’ve had were just a few years ahead me & had recently experienced the stage of development I was going through

Recombinant FSH contains just FSH (GONAL- F is a common brand name) is available in the UK.
hCG is obviously easily available & acts like luteinizing hormone (LH)
A combination of these together is usually a effective treatment.

Ive been through this process myself, thankfully with a successful outcome.

As the guys have mentioned above, the way your system reacts to the initial treatment will dictate how to proceed later on. Your treatment protocol may work 1st time around or it could take a number of changes to get the results.

Letsgetchecked offer a service but their testosterone test will only test up to 52nmol which isn’t enough if you’re running a cycle.
Uk services are an option but some won’t deliver to Ireland or PO box addresses –
One exception I’ve found is youthrevisted. They’ll deliver to parcel motel & you can return it express to the uk.
They do a full profile for a decent price. The only hassle is getting a nurse/doc to take the sample for you & making sure you get it in the post same day – it also needs to be sent on a Monday/Tuesday so that it reaches the lab before the weekend to avoid ruining the samples

I’m now in the situation where I think it does, I can brush off a difference in option but it’s important to be able to discuss topics without taking insult or belittling & that’s the opposite of what I’m seeing now – so it’s affecting communication as it’s in the back of thoughts to pick my words carefully with him on anything training related either in case he flips out – irrational I know
Basically I’ve lost respect for him so it’s time to move on

I respect his opinion but I’ve seen other people reply to his posts & anyone who disagrees is instantly insulted & branded an idiot, this alone should be enough of a red flag for me. The fact that I’m on here posting about it means it’s a stressor on the relationship whether or not he is aware.

So it’s time to end it I’ve decided without a possible confrontation & just say I’m taking time out, a few weeks setback is not worth the stress.

Yes holding water on ansomone is very common, around 2kg actually probably double some other gh’s

That would be ansomone in comparison to Western pharma GH?
With generic Chinese GH holding even more water than Ansomone?

Is it safe to assume all the common generic brands meditrope, Hilma , Pharmaqo (sis), Swiss remedies etc. come from the similar sources & that they give the same results/sides?

Are there any of the generics you could recommend above others?
