soooooo. lets just pretend I actually researched this around 8 years ago for no other reason than wanting to impress my wife.

if I remember it involved eating a ton of celery, various amini acids, soy lecithin in a mega dose and abstaining from doing the do for a while.
it did actually work and it probably trebled the volume for one time only.
I have no idea on the science behind it and I can assure you my wife was less than impressed with the mess, I however felt God like and was throughly impressed.
it was hard work though and I remember feeling sick through most the “prep” -
I dont use nothing else now, the thought of using a blue or even orange fills me with fear now. loads of places to rotate with a insulin pin.
i like chest top and bottom, biceps all heads, triceps, all heads, lats. -
i am 45 in January and lifting heavy has done nothing for me this year except resulting in a grade 2 forearm tear, a grade 3 abductor tear, and many other niggles.
I have changed my whole outlook to training now as I want to be in this game for years to come. I think he have to admit defeat sometimes and age gracefully as the risk to reward ratio is just not balanced in your favour.
I am still lifting heavy on lifts I am comfortable with, but legs for instance I have gone back to the generic 4/5 straight sets of a lighter weight focusing more in TUT. -
I suffer with medical severe OCD and have been on most meds for it over the years. I have never had any problems with any of the meds on cycle.
the only one that was a bitch was sertraline as it raised my bad cholesterol a fair bit (great for someone who panics about dying of a heart attack 24/7) I use prozac now and no problems at all. -
GH – I have ran every dam way and it seems to maker little difference and most advanced users come to this conclusion also.
the only difference I have noticed.
EOD = more scale gains, fullness and strength effect and medically this is how its ran when increase in LBM/FFM has been shown.
Daily/split daily – better for fat loss, less sides, less water etc..
Insulin – Only time I would every use for myself is pre/post.

I will follow your lead and just go as I feel lol. must admit I have never noticed any difference. eod I have not tried so eager to give this a go -

warm up properly, I just got me a grade 3 tear in my left adductor. not fun, they were coming on decent too.

I have just got a grade 3 abductor tear, 3 weeks out from PCA finals.
I have found that anything below parallel is a complete no no and will certainly cause problems. just dont go as deep untill you are all fixed up -
personally I would stop all shots at least 4 days before. you have nothing to gain by doing it that close but plenty to loose if you end up with another shoulder growing out of your existing one.

going to be honest, people that train when sick are selfish. you spread your germs everywhere, sweating, coughing, sneezing, touching.
in turn everyone else gets sick and it’s a great big sick fest.
if I see someone sick in the gym now I tell them what I think, not overly bothered if they like that or not, it’s tough.
imagine getting the lurgy, 2 weeks out because some moron thinks sweating it out is the correct approach -
I can actually knock up about 1500 steps just walking around the gym.
