in regards to Ryderwear I feel that I the best shoes I have ever purchased for lifting. shows you how different we all are -

if you look on the government’s website you will find that sending it in the post is classed as importation, that is fairly bad in the world of drugs.
just stick it in your hold luggage, I always mix up what I need in 1 vile that still has a test sticker on it, not sure if that makes it any better but it’s a lot less stuff to loose if they take it -
the Smith’s machine is terrible, it’s got about 100kg resistance on an empty bar.

I would say that was the case it being fake if it was not from the go to source for dimensions.
this was the middle of 2018 though which was around the time there was a little hiccup with the owners. maybe its sorted now, I hope so. but once bitten….. -
if they cant get test right then I think that speaks volumes.

blood tests proved dimension test E to be no different to me taking nothing. it used to be a good go to, would not touch ever again. at least I got a refund on the stuff even though there was much protesting about my blood tests being wrong.

I thought using a “safety” bar I may of been safe lol -
I have been using the low row machine and holding the stop as the handle. it hits the delt so good, I only started doing this as had a wrist niggle and could not hold a DB for to long.
personally I find with a straight(ish) arm I am less likely to bring them around the front and swing them.
