I wear a belt as I had ab umbilical hernia OP a few years ago. I could probably train with out one but the security it offers my mind when squating and especially leg press allows me to push way past what I would normal do.

I connect better on a laying, ok on seated, shit on a standing.
do which one connects the best for you, don’t do the ones because you think you have to use all the machines.

    banded
I worked out after many trips and refunds later at decathlon that 1 single red band is enough to get me out the hole.
it has allowed the addition of 2 extra 20 plates each side.
and my bum really hurt the next day.
    thanks for replys

I get no sides from real parabolin at all apart from huge and veiny.
I get all the sides from parabolin that is re-labelled Ethanate.
my opinion on that would be when parabolin was designed it was designed to give no hideous sides like the other UGL types.
    food for thought.
dont use new labs that pop up ew, use tried and tested ones that sell what is written on the tin

for me the cyclic dextrin is out, it causes massive stomach issues, it took me years to work out what was going on and as soon as coach removed it and replaced with malto dextrin my world is a less expensive better place.
sometimes it’s nice to be different.
I would have no problem recommending malto to anyone so long as they can handle it
at the moment my protocol is
    60g peptopro
    50g malto
    10g creatine
robinsons 0% high concentrate sugar squash to flavour

clen is ok so long as you respect it. I always dread the first couple of days on it, I sit there with the first pill just looking at it thinking “in 1 hour your life is changing for the worse” I still do it though. 60mcg is about my sweet spot, 80mcg and over and it’s a horrible mental experience

people always say tren is tren but….
    E I can tolerate just
A I want to stab everyone.
parabolin I get no sides at all, no night sweats, no anger, no paranoia. however finding Parabolin that is not E is a minefield.

if things get bad for me on prep I normally grate a whole courgette into whatever I am eating to bulk it right out, works really well in oats, not so well in whey, but I still do it lol

I get horrendous bloating on most fancy carbs, especially HBCD. I just use malto dextrin which sits perfectly well in my gut with no issues. certainly a lot cheaper for me being a little odd
