Just keep cranking on buddy and enjoy the ride!
If you start gaining fat excessively then you’re in too much of a surplus, but also don’t hold yourself back. Just gauge based off training progression, recovery, digestion and appetite. If after a long time of that you start to see things regress or stall or fat just accumulate based on time, then pull back for a deficit and then rinse and repeat!
I’m with Michaela here.
Gauge how fat you are off how you feel personally.
Do you feel fit enough to train effectively
Do you feel comfortable in yourself
If so and you have no time lines then keep growing for as long as your body allows it and you feel good.
Soon as this changes then re assess but your body will keep growing whether you are 10%, 13% or 16%. Some people find they grow better in different ranges
What we think of your pictures doesn’t over rule how you feel and how progress is going
Yes i guess its just more of a mental thing for me. I feel like ive got room to grow still but don’t wanna overdo the weight gain where im dying to get it off after. Thank you for the help! -

If u want to get bigger, and don’t have a timeline, keep pushing🙌🏻
– your food is not that high yet, so probably don’t think you feel totally off with your appetite 🙂
Yeah I don’t really have a timeline, just want to make sure it’s all efficiently done, and I’d need to know when is the point of “ok you’re too fat, go on a cut”

Hiya Marco,
I would continue dieting for another couple of weeks (3-4) you’re in a great spot but if you continue pulling down a touch more you’ll have more runway for your push up phase! 👍🏼 Very nice work so far!
Fully agree with Maddy here
Its settled then! Thank you! -

Won’t let me post photo in the comment. Here’s another attempt at the link maybe it works through the comments.

If that doesn’t see you continuing to progress then just reduce cals by 300 and increase cardio expenditure
Thank you very much!

MemberSeptember 11, 2024 at 3:18 am in reply to: Looking for assistance with diet setupso firstly for me I would be making sure I was doing cardio every single day – ideally on wake pre meal 1 but mainly just focus on getting this in – this will help alot.
Diet wise – I would reduce the intra carbs first -20g
I would remove the fruit from meal 3
Personally I would also split the meal 3 and 4 protein servings to 200g each and make a meal 5 out of the 200g you removed from those meals if your schedule allows it – this will help as you pull food down with hunger etc and I do when schedule allows prefer to 5 feeds over 4.
I tried it today and felt much better! Thank you for the advice!

Will definitely increase to at least 4! Thank you!

Wether you’re lean enough depends on how you look / feel / performing in the gym / appetite food focus etc etc
Thank you very much!
