    No , ONLY thing that can move is biceps

    Stop thinking now and just do 6 months of progressing lifts

    2-3 sets a body part , 3 sets on areas you consider weaker , 2 sets on everything else . Triceps needs to be in upper , you can’t have them in lower the day after pressing.

    do u think i can move my laterals to the lower day, so i do the tricep work in the upper day like u said

    Tricep pressdown x 3dip x 2press x 2lateral x 3pec fly x 2lat focus pulldown x 3Upper back row x 2Abs x 4
