    Hello everyone, new to the site, my name is Martin, I’m 22 and have recently come across Jordans information and training style in the hopes to correct mistakes in training for the past couple years. I have been training since I was about 15 but usually in a 5 day split as you see being mediated all over social media and bodybuilding. I took my first cycle last November and finished in February. I took a gym buddies advice and did test e at 600 mg a week along with eq 600 mg a week and for the first 4 weeks I was also taking 40 mgs of dbol. Looking back I know I was doing way to much and am going to be a lot more cautious with dosages when I do decide to run again. I have done my pct and have been off everything for over 3 months now. I am training in a 3 days on 1 day off split now and want to progress with this as much as I can without taking anything. My question is, when I do eventually start my second cycle, would it be advised to jump back down to a lower dose of just say 550 mg of Test ONLY, as my training style would be much different then what I did with my first cycle and, or would I have to keep dosages higher now that I’ve already taken more anabolics but didn’t train as efficiently as I could have. *I would also like to note that I understand nutrition has to be on point before anything else and have been eating properly for about 3 years now
