It’s caused by a tight piriformis muscle in the glute area compressing on the sciatic nerve, so it’s really a case of releasing the tightness through stretching, rest, relaxation and therapy and keeping on top of this year round. Sitting down for long periods of time can aggravate the issue, so light movement will help too.

Thank Ryan. Has anyone else heard or know of anyone who use this?

    Picture from their website attached.

    Thank you

I bought some direct from the crew knocking this out. If you spend a few quid you get a huge discount. Regarding the quality I found the injectables to be ok and the orals to be shite. Dbol at £6 per box … Get what you pay for is suppose !
I never had labs done btw

Has anyone done any labs on this hgh ? It would be interesting to see as it seems to be used by everyone at the moment . Labs on hgh aren’t cheap at around £250 and you have to send off 2 x vials

They guarantee delivery, if it gets stopped they will resend apparently and many people on this site trust them. Ramifications legally depend on where you live, the UK no problem, I don’t know elsewhere

However I have never personally ordered. Bac water, anywhere? In the UK you get it’s on amazon, probably eBay and it’s not hidden etc. If not use a peptide research site

    Hope this helps

I spoke to them a while back and I think you need to spend around £2.5k for a decent deal.

    Hey mate

3.5k in harley Street. Its expensive but I’d rather over pay and not have the worry of my chest looking like a smiley face!!

There’s a guy i know at my gym who went overseas, can give you his insta as his was successful and possibly cheaper.

That’s a very good price in the UK. I’ve been quoted around £7.5k by a guy called Dr nurien who is supposed to be good but it’s too expensive. I’m considering the medimel clinic in Poland but I don’t fancy travelling and worried if there are complications.my gyno is very mild but I’d rather nip it in the bud now. It’s not visible to people as I only notice it if I’m hunched over a little or a funny angle and I can see a slight sagging …. Anyway I want the shit gone ! If you are happy with the results could you name the surgeon. (Understand if you wish to keep that private ) cheers

I’ve had a fair bit of their stuff. The injectables are good but I didnt trust the orals one bit. If you spend £2k you get a huge discount : test e amps around £14, tren £25. Dbol was £6 if I remember rightly , clen around £12.

Plenty of places to learn about and discuss home brewing if you want to look online mate, on here likely not the best as it’s a public forum and it could be classed as production.

I know some who have done it and tbh by the time you buy all the kit to do it sterile, autoclave, filters, pipettes, vials, crimping tools etc and then have your raws tested your as well just buying from a trusted source for the cost to risk benefit, just imo obviously.

I tend to have high fats and protein- avocadots, salmon, chicken, lots of salad, maybe 100g of whey protein in shakes. I’ll take a look at the love heart. I’m based in London btw. Cheers

Cheers guys; that makes things really straight forward.

It wasn’t cheap, was just under 5k but luckily they do a great 0% interest finance scheme to help pay it off and I did debate whether or not to go to Poland to have it done but in the end opted for Karidis because he’s just won a global award for the breakout innovation in gyno surgery where he essentially stitches your skin like a quilt effect to stop any fluid build up. This removes the need for drains and massively improves the final result. I think mine is as slightly more expensive because I had a fair bit of lypo on my chest as well as the full gland removal. It’s a fair old whack of money to pay but so far opting to go with him and his new technique is the best decision I’ve ever made, really happy with it so far but obvs can understand why most people would head over to Poland or Turkey for it.

I think I’ll contact this doctor and have a consultation. I only have very mild gyno but I would like to totally stop using an AI due to the blood lipids being effected. I was going to contact doctor blau in New York who is highly regarded but it will cost the best part of 10k. In Poland 2k but I’m thinking London would be a safer bet as you say. If he’s charging £5k it’s worth staying local . I’d hate to get it done and be pissed with the results . Cheers
