    Thx for the feedback here! This does align with what I thought.

    I really buy into the pushing bodyweight up by 30 ish pounds then leaning back down idea.

    Currently what I am doing and that’s the only way I see progress in the gym too.

    Good to hear the surgery went okay!

    What will your protocol be for best recovery ? Everything from training, food and peds?

    Yeah that’s what I always thought, doesn’t make sense why guys like Paul Carter and other promote this stay lean, eat at maintenance to get bigbig

    If one has never touched these compounds before and only ran 300 test.

    What would a start point be for a massing phase you guys would recommend?

    I got npp, primo and eq on hand but never used it. Only test.

    I would think running 1:1:1 would crash your e2 then.

    Just my opinion tho

    Probably start at like 3:1:1 and asses ?

    I struggle with all back movements and pressing.

    Legs too but doing those unilateral isn’t that big of a problem.

    I believe I might have a forward roll of the shoulder or something like that.

    When pressing I feel my right pec but not my left (which has the weird shoulder)

    Same with back

    I am definitely not qualified to answer, but what I have seen on insta seems to be a black background and tripod with ring light.

    A lot of people put a tape on the tripod to know the height, and tape on the ground for the camera and the place they will be posing to make it as even as possible every week.

    This is just what I have seen, I don’t know if that’s the best way tho

    Atm I am currently on 2000kcals, weight has stalled. This is with 10k steps and 5 lifts/week.

    What would you increase the food to as a start point for the growing phase?

    Would love some input on this thx 🙏
