    So would you say, the “old statement” by you, that getting “big big” or “real big” requires around 2-3 grams of steroids per week? I mean, if the basics (everything else), is meticulously planned and done?

    prime incline 61.25kg mid / 62kg top x 3 , 50kg mid / 75kg top x 3 ( will go at my 8s next session as nothing more to squeeze from my 3s)

    Quick question regarding rep ranges, as you do fairly „low reps“, like in this example 2-7 reps, this isn’t optimal for someone trying to get more muscular, isn’t it?

    Just curious, because usually everyone says 6-12 or something like that, so more time under tension.

    I mean, obviously it works, you are a behemoth :))

    I did move some carbs to pre and post workout – it did work – I felt much better and strength didn’t drop off after first set :))

    I eat around 160 carbs, 50 fats and 280 protein.

    Umm, I asked a friend of mine, who is an athlete to estimate my body fat % – I mean in the end I go by the look as I’m just training too look good naked. I’d like to look like sub 10%.

    Deep cuts in the abs, 24/7 big visible veins popping everywhere from head to toe – that’s the look I want to achieve.

    I just want to get to like 6-8% to look good naked. Before building muscle again, whilst not going above 10-13% ever again.

    I’ve got no deadline tho. But I thought I’d really need at least another 8 weeks to get to where I want.

    Thought about moving some carbs to pre/post too – I just eat an apple with a whey shake before training 1 hour after waking up.
    After that I just eat a banana and drink another whey shake, before starting to work (sitting at a desk in a call center).

    I really do not know how previous cuts has been tho – I just hoped my high protein consumption and the steroids would keep all the muscles as long as I’m training hard.

    As I’m training push pull legs arms but without rotation(s) I thought about adding rotations so I can improve/keep my strength on more exercises than just hitting the same exercises every week. Could that be a good idea too?

    I’m with Oscar. For me changing to a full body split at your level of musculature could be a bad move and cause regression. I’d be sticking with ppl for you.

    Happy to hear that you guys, as very (for me) very good and advanced bodybuilders, say I am having a good / better than average level of musculature.

    When someone in real life tells me that I am looking good – I just think he / she wants to be kind etc. – and you guys got no reason to be kind / lie to me – haha 🙂 thank you so much :))

    Do you think I should stay on the PPLA routine after my cut too ?
    I just thought about it the way Jordan explained it – as I only workout 4 times per week – I thought 3 times full body or 4 times upper lower would may be superior because you train the muscles more often over the span of a year.
    Or you think I am better off doing PPLA just everything 1 time per week?

    As I heard / read about your post regarding to get “big big” today I just wanted to ask – can one get “big big” using 1500-2000mg without using hgh? Steroids and insulin would be affordable – hgh sadly not.

    If I was you I would like to see more frequency on hitting certain muscle groups to bring them up quicker before going specifically to a bro split I would switch to a bro split when my physique was developed everywhere and now I wanted to fine tune

    If that’s how it has to be then i would do Push, Pull, rest, legs, arms, rest, rest… not the most optimal, but not working out on weekends isn’t the most optimal for the goal.
