As far as I know, the ester does not matter. Test prop does not make you hold any more water than C or E.
So will it also be with Deca / NPP.

Hey JP,
I couldn’t find your 3 day split – but I just watched your videos and copied your PPL routine (each day).
So there’s only one question left, do I rotate 1-2-3 weeks with A-B-C workouts? Or do I just keep the same exercises each week and try to make progress e. g. More reps or weight ?TankDawg

For the traps I would advise heavy deadlifts. I swear I almost never did / do shrugs or something – but my traps are my best body part – in addition to my shoulders. But I’ve got weak arms chest .. 🙁

I just build a PPL 3 day routine – but just one – so no 2nd or 3rd workout with different exercises.

Ah yea… got bad PIPs from Eq I used a long time ago. It was (should) have 500 mg/ml. I guess that was the reason for it – maybe there was also too much BA / BB in the mix to make it soluble.

IMO it doesn’t directly thicken your waist – but it makes your obliques stronger and more muscular – which would result in a “bigger” looking waist.
I got some strong / muscular obliques from it (at least I guess that’s the reason), and started wearing a belt for squats and deadlifts now to keep the obliques work to a minimum.

I would say, like you’ve already mentioned, your shoulders and arms – maybe forearms too.
Lat could be bigger also – IMO.
Maybe you’ve got another pic from the back ? Can’t see the back thickness here.
Take my opinion with a grain of salt – I’m no competitive athlete – so I just say what I think / guess – not too much of a professional opinion.

What would you prefer for a lean bulk ?
500 mg Test + 300 mg Tren
500 mg Test + 300 mg Deca
Or 500 mg Test + Tren and deca (each 300)?Also, is BW x 15 really sufficient to build lean mass ? Isn’t this a bit low ?
I’m 200 lbs with like 8% bf.

I will try to log my weight then, just started eating for weight gain this week. So I’ll monitor my weight and make changes according to your suggestions ! 🙂
I’ll maybe eat a bit less protein and increase the carbs – so I get 2g protein per lbs instead of 2.4 – maybe this will give me a bit more power in the gym 🙂
