Adding 1250 calories would be way too much in my opinion, the calculator does not take into consideration the fact that your metabolism has down regulated on this cut, I would do a more conservative increase of 500kcals for example and then adjusting as needed using scale weight and the mirror in the following weeks. You don’t want to ruin an off season by blowing up in the first few weeks / months and having to mini cut again and limit progress.

Exactly my thoughts bro ! Thank you for chiming in.
But, what I forgot to add, I’m using 75 mcg of T3 per day and wanted to continue the use with 25 mcg to have an optimal thyroid in the off season – sorry for not mentioning that.
Maybe that will change the answer I’m getting – will edit the first post with this info now – so nobody gets me wrong haha.

I will drop the T3 to 25 mcg when I go from the cut to the gaining phase 🙂 that was planned before.

It’s a bit hard to understand you in this one, because of the noise in the background – gym I guess.

But, did you say : increase by 500 calories on Training Days – 250 on off days – for 1 or 2 weeks and then again by the same amount?

Did not get the end, where you said something about 1000 calories – sorry pal.

And thanks for your (always) v useful answers! 🙂

Btw any idea on how to make cream of Rice by myself ?

I guess I just take normal white Rice and shred it with a mixer to very small / fine powder?

Sorry for my bad English btw, I’m no native speaker.

You can use ground rice or rice flour but it’ll taste like plain white rice if you don’t add something to it [/quote]

    Thanks m8.

I just ground my basmati rice yday, added boiling water, artificial sweetener and flav drops – will eat it PWO, hope it will taste like baby food :)) loving it. Lol.

    Ah okay ? thanks buddy.
I’ve run Tren in multiple cutting cycles – up to 600 mgs per week w/o any real problems.
With 180 mgs of Test E just for a higher TRT.
My question was if I could actually have a nice bulk on Tren. I know, it’s 100% the food – but is Tren a nice addition for a bulk too?
I did never really had any kind of mental or health problems in a cut – so I thought I could also try to bulk on it because my body seems to tolerate it v well :))
Greetings and have a nice weekend !

    Ahhh. My bad.
Yes you can grow very well on tren if you handle the sides and you can eat enough to counter the increase in metabolism
I would not high dose it tho
    I would
    Test
    Tren
    EQ
    Personally

    Okay ?
    Thanks m8 !
For someone at around 93 kg’s  on 173 cm and body fat 6% (measured with caliper, so it’s more at 8% realistically) trying to grow, which doses (dose ranges) would you suggest on each compound?
Thank you v much for your time and tips buddy ! :))
    Greetings

Very hard to say to be honest. How one responds to gear is what dictates doses just as much as weight.

    I’d be

    Test 3-600

    EQ – 3-600

    Tren 150-300

How I decided would be on the persons history n our plans going forward.

    Hope that helps

That helps v much 🙂 thank you Hilly !

I thought about using EQ too tbh – but Jordan said in his educational video about EQ that he finds it to be completely useless in a gaining phase – so I threw that idea overboard at first.

No problem w/ Tren – I tolerate it v well, even at high dosages.
Deca makes my dick limp – but nothing – I repeat – NOTHING for my Sex drive is as bad as a prolonged cut. I’m cutting since about 16 weeks and normally I’m horny af and get pissed when I don’t cum 7 times per week – last time I had sex / wanted to have sex was 4 weeks ago – completely disinterested. horrific.

Do not want to high jack your thread – but also do not want to open up a new one for this short question about Tren – so :

Can one have a nice lean bulk on low test high tren?

OK! Thank you very much guys 🙂

Any tips on which forearms exercises are “best for mass”?
    I guess 2 exercises 2 sets 6-9 and 9-12 would be sufficient? 🙂

Skipped the veggies now – like 60-90 mins ago – no problems until now. Funny as hell on how good I feel now compared to before.
I usually almost can’t wait until the next meal, but I was so afraid I almost wanted to skip the meal. Lol.

Thanks Clare, will definitely stop eating veggies for a few days now.

Just curious, is there anything in sweet potatoes that could cause this? I thought they are good and easy to digest – like white rice hehe.

Different foods affect different people. The skin is very high in fibre, so may be difficult to break down for some people. However, if they’re fine for you when you eat them without veg, then don’t worry.

Hmm okay, I grill them and eat the with skin – could also be that.
Will try going without veggies for now – when this does not help I’ll make my own cream of rice, surely will taste awesome with cinnamon or flav drops also ! Plus it should be VERY easy to digest, right? 🙂

    Thanks Clare.
Could it really be the sweet potatoes causing this? Never had any problem with them. Plus I ate them w/o veggies like 6 hours ago, no problem. It started today and yday when I ate the meal with the veggies in it.
    Thanks Derek.
I’ll try it tomorrow w/o the veggies. Maybe my digestion just has to relax a bit – I’m not sure..
I never ever eat / ate berries tbh – which ones could help and why?
Thanks for your input you both ! ?
edit: eating sweet potatoes and chicken right now – skipping the spinach as far as I can (I’m still at work and precooked, so I can’t just eat anything else)
