I heard / read it is ‘Snatch Grip Deadlift from mid-shin’.
Started to use it this week too.

  • Guess I just want to be 300% sure mate…
I was in the Gym today – about 1 hour Lower Loading / Upper Pump – went to failure everywhere.

I wanted to ask : my legs are my strength – should I start with Upper Loading / Lower Pump instead of LL/UP just to bring up my upper Body? πŸ™‚

  • Okay, so slow eccentrics + total failure would guarantee that I put 100% in each and every set?

I only ever did high volume before – so I’m a bit nervous about fcking it up when I use “low volume” and don’t give 100%…?

  • Thank you Steven.
    Thank you Jordan.
Just a question, what do you mean by 100%? Go to real failure in the last loading Set so you know you gave everything? ;o

I’m using it for about 4-5 weeks now – Turbo 2. But I’m always using 1.5 g of Test per week plus 15 IU Slin pre workout. Maybe I’m regenerating “too” fast?

I worked slowly up to 15 IU – I did not start with 15 :)… I just thought more is more and wanted to take the maximum I can tolerate w/o problems.

I’m using Humalog from the German pharmacy. 300 IU Pen.

I just saw on YouTube there should be a Video to Fortitude Training on here – with further explanation – I bought the book, but hoped JP would give some more insight on here – I often like his points of view πŸ™‚

Any link? Or is there no Video?

Deadweight is the album. The Song is Stitch. Interpret is Wage War. So everything by Wage War should be similar.

I also like the Interpret : Save the Clock Tower – especially Swan’s Song.

So you, Jordan, say that Doggcrapp is enough to grow?
I come from a high volume thing (German Volume Training) and would like to go heavy af – but I’m afraid I won’t do enough for my chest with 1 RP set (3 Times failure) and a static hold + stretch.
Is that really enough to grow a serious chest asap?
