    I have always been on the test enanthate train, but with a frequency of injection at min 2 times a week, it’s not different.
    The only different should be if the brand use differents oils

    Took a class win at regional in Denmark today, the boss were rly happy about the look, much better in real life than check in photos.

    We got some rly nice feedback that put us in a good position for the next weeks until we go again at the proqual Sweden.

    Weight in at 75kg today

    I also just weigh my daily intake in a pot and spread it out on daily meals.
    I’m eating the same food 99/100days, so i dont count salt from the food, just the add on, so i can manipulate in prep

    ITS SHOW DAY, morning weigth 75.2kg. After 5 days carbs front load 2 days of 430 carbs 3 days of 565 carbs, and yesterday we did a pullback with 296 carbs and a little higher fat.

    So excited to see how my physique looks on stage compared to last time in September.

    Been way to long since i posted here.. time spent on my family and traning.

    Updated, i have been on prep for 10 weeks now, currently 3 days out for npc regional in denmark.
    a good show to test ligthning and get stage confident. afterwards we have 5 weeks until pro qual in sweden.

    bw is 74,7. 10kg heavier than last prep 6 weaks out in august 2024.

    i would keep the same pace, no pause in the top/lock out position.
    Focusing on your breathing while doing the reps is key.
    Breath in when you go down, breath out when u go up.

    this works for me, and i can put alot more tension on my quads, than before when i took 1-2 seconds break on the top.

    because when you go heavier and heavier, your mind wants longer and longer breaks to give betters odds completing the rep.

    when you focusing on the breathing up and down you can better standardize the reps.

    Hey guys!
    I checked in with my coach yesterday. It was a very good week, with everything on point: food, steps, training, and a bit better sleep. The focus is still on improving sleep, but I’m sure it will get better once I’m done with night shifts in a week.

    The coach was pleased with the update; my condition was slightly better than last week, and my weight hasn’t increased, so we’ve increased my food intake by 300 kcal for both training days and non-training days.

    • Today we start push-ups in preparation for the European Championships in May.
      300 mg testosterone, 200 mg primo.

    Training is still the same: pull, push, rest, pull/hamstrings, push/arms, legs, rest.

    first training back in my normal gym today after 2 leg sessions in other cities. so i were excited to see were my stregth were.

    Legs sesh: first numbers today, numbers in ( ) were 28/9
    Machine adductor 12×70 14×65 (13×65 12×65)

    Leg extension 9×35 14×30. (11×30 12×30)

    smith squat 7×160 11×140. (5×140 11×120)

    leg press 12x9pps 16x8pps. (10x8pps 15x7pps)

    BB SLDL(first day on program) 7×130 6×130

    lying legcurl 10×17,5 13×15 + dobbelt restpause (8×15 13×12,5 + dobbelt restpause)

    hipthrust 16x3pps 13×3,5pps. (13×2,75pps 13×2,75pps)

    hip abductor 16×50 16×50. (13×45 14×45)

    massive progression at the moment in my rebound.

    also did check in to coach today, morning weigth at 72.8kg. he were really happy with the look. we keep going with

    Woke up today after a
    Shitty sleep at 73kg. I take a rest day today cause im at the audience at natural European championships in Denmark.
    Tomorrow I hit legs, and will check in here and to my coach. So excited to execute⚔️

    Either switch the movement out or if you favour the movement do 2 sets of 10-15 reps and keep working the movement up until your failing over 15 reps. However then your going to end up in the same situation eventually.

    Or find a new gym with heavier DB 🙂

    A would love that a new gym was the solution, but 42kgs is the heaviest in the haha, weak shit😅

    Hey guys, did a in person check in with Coach Yesterday. He is really happy about how i handle post show, and all also how my physique looks 4 weeks post show.
    We increase the food a tiny bit.
