Another week finished and completed. Four weeks post-show. My strength is coming back well; I’m doing top sets and back sets in all my exercises and progressing every set each workout. My body weight at today’s check-in was 71.7 kg (I’ve been at 70.3 kg all week, but it has increased by about a kilo each weekend since the show, probably due to my sleep changing then).
4kg up from weigh in 4 weeks ago.

- Hip adductor: 2×10-15
- Leg extension: 2×5-9, 10-15
- Hacksquat: 2×5-9, 10-15
- Leg press: 2×10-12, 12-15
- DB RDL: (I skipped this due to a very fatigued lower back) 2×5-9, 10-15
- Lying leg curl: 2×5-9, 10-15 + double rest-pause set
- Hip thrust: 2×8-12
- Hip abduction: 2×10-15
- Standing calf raise: 4×12-15
