    Hi JP,what do you think about MOTS-C and its effect on AMPK, which inhibits mTOR and therefore interferes with anabolic signaling, similarly to metformin?Because of this effect, would it be more appropriate to administer MOTS-C at least 4 hours away from training?

    Im pretty sure I read somewhere the mechanism that activates ampk with mots-c doesnt affect mtor like metformins mechanism does dont hang me up on it though but also when you are using anabolics and other peds there is no way that signal is strong enough I asked Jordan the same thing regarding klow and inflammation and he told me no and I take it morning and night and grow fastest i ever have so he knows what he is talking about

    Hey Jordan I remember you Said you use the tbjp health range to keep sides Down whilst on anabolics but do you do Daily recommended dose or double dose for either vital support heart Care or love by heart?

    Obviously not after reconstituted but when in lyophylized powder if kept in freezer it wouldnt last longer than fridge?

    Yea ok I thought freezer would extend shelf life since its lyophilized powder but ima go with fridge if thats the better option

    I always start my basal insulin at 10 iu i go up by 2-5 iu every 3 days based on fbg trends and I dont first increase it when it goes above x number I increase it if not dangerously low so I run more rather than run less so as much as I can without feeling shit or dying and I try to do 4-5 mini shots a day of the gh yes as i have tried tons of different methods and feel best on that I heard about it from roman fritz doing mini shots of 2-4 iu its not really like random random and if there is smth left over before bed i just shoot rest of it then if lets say I only got in am shot and mid day shot of 2-4 iu then I just bang rest before bed

    Ok if its about what you feel best on then what I have found I feel best on is taking my gh vial usually 24 iu or 36 iu vials taking out half of it they are usually overfilled so anywhere from 12-20 iu then I just pin like a small amount when i feel like it so like prolly 2-4 iu shots until half vial is gone which I loaded in to syringe then I like to run a basal insulin on top of that Max dose i can use without fbg going below 4.3 and I like Fiasp pre/post workout i also train 2x a day on training days i find it allows me to recover better and make better gains so ima just stick with that I have tried checking blood glucose after meals usually i have 4 solid meals a day they are all currently 200 carbs and my blood glucose even when multi dosing gh stays around 5-5.3 mmol/l and sometimes lower i had some increlex not Long ago i would prefer instead of fiasp gh peri workout but I May give igf-1 lr3 a try

    Honestly it doesn’t really make a difference I promise you , it comes down to tolerability and how much it fucks your insulin sensitivity . Fat loss from GH , ye maybe if you split your doses through the day you would sit 1-2 pounds leaner vs if you didn’t …. But man, thahs like a week of diet diff 😂 , and if you feel battered from the split gh it’s then not remotely worth it . I promise you , alllllll of this is about what you like and what feels good . Drug choices , doses , timings . All that matters is , do you feel good 🙂 , ( or in my case , can you tolerate it lol , at 4.5g drugs and 24gh , it’s very hard to tolerate , but if I can then that’s my version of feeling good 😂 )

    What i just heard was to run 4.5 grams 😅😅 (if it feels good)

    Mathias, you know how some people like carrots and then other people don’t ……….. ( this genuinely is that simple ) . You’re asking me why I like different things to you lol 😂 . I’m sure I could list 100 things I don’t like that you do .

    Clearly , multi timed GH is one that I like and you don’t

    Eventually we will get there that diff options feel good for diff people without the need to over think it

    ( you Wouldn’t ask me why I like carrots , if you don’t , would you ? )

    Yea ok if its just based on what you feel good at like I have a friend who says he wakes up if he takes above 5 iu pre bed then I have alredy done what you preach I have tried all options I like bolus pre bed most so ima do that I just wanted to understand how different timings would affect the effect you got from gh eg fat loss versus anabolism versus recovery but maybe it doesnt matter if you run High enough dose you Will likely maximize everything anyway so ima keep doing what I like then 😀

    I have alredy tried all 3 things Jordan the only thing that feels good is before bed I would bet I could take 50 iu pre bed with zero issues if I take beyond 2 iu day time I feel super tired no pumps sleep all day lethargic sweaty etc and see no difference in fullness but idgaf about how I feel wtf do I know thats why I asked what the reasoning for your different dosing options was like what you would get from 24 iu before bed versus 12 iu pre 12 iu before bed

    I dont get how to time gh dosing still I remember first you did 12 iu pre 12 iu pre bed then you did 6 iu morning 18 iu night then 24 iu pre bed now 12 iu pre bed can you please explain how come you mix up timing so much?

    Some all time strength stuff today for pull

    Single arm prime pulldown x 5 x 4 x 7 x 4
    Strive row x 6 x 5 x 5 x 5 x 4
    Prime row x 6 x 6 x 6
    Rear felt cable x 6 x 6
    Bicep cable x 8 x 6 x 5 x 5

    Cycle is now at 4G total , split 2:1 test eq , gh 2 x bottles before bed ( 20-24iu depending on variation ) , my t3 is at 25 . I won’t pull it out , t4 is zero.

    Im settling into the cycle now and feel really very good , it’s taken a while to adjust to it. I am near 14 weeks post diet now from when I started to alter my energy balance . I’m going to do 6 more as things are and then instead of cruising and going again I will lower to 3g total and have a small diet phase , so that will be 20 weeks total on the up and then I think I need 6-8 week reset again, but I’m going to in that phase play with high dose slu , add gc1 and see what blood work says before / after gc1 addition in terms of thyroid and impacts.

    Do you run t3 at 25 mcg even now when you are not dieting? is there any other stuff you use and whats the point of the 25 mcg t3 is it like why people use 100 mcg t4?
