  • Yea ok I Will definetely give that a go then cause I Think you guys are right Its more of a mental thing cause I dont wanna eat junk like genuinely I wanna stick with a regimented diet all the time I just randomly out of nowhere get insane cravings but I always regret eating it after I ate it and start feeling super depressed and Down I alredy got some cagrilintide today from a friend of mine or its omegatide so mix of reta and cagri and ordered some cagri standalone so im giving it a go after Reading up on amylin receptor being more mental than glp-1 is so doing 1 mg reta with 0.2 mg cagri now i had zero cravings today after morning shot but its one day so cant say if it worked for sure I had acid reflux and full stomach feeling all day though so guess thats good I might be the only guy having to run reta and cagri High doses in a push up phase 🤣🤣🤣

  • You need to dissociate real hunger and strong desire to eat imo.

    If you have belly cramps or belly noises from hunger; here you are hungry.

    If it’s just a strong desire to eat more and more; that’s not hunger; that could be hormonal, that could be just you loving food a lot, or just a lack of satiety hormon.

    I would make a blood work, also check leptine levels, ghrelin level etc

    Might have an issue here if you are thinking about eating every second

    If everything is just fine; you just need to find a 50/50 approach reducing this feeling of hunger vs getting too fat

    Its definetely the latter my stomach is feeling fine its cause i cant stop thinking about junk food randomly like my brain just goes I need brownie pizza junk out of no where always happens post cut though never during cut I am thinking it can have something to do with dopamine levels so i read upon mt2 being able to blunt dopamine reward from foods so im thinking of taking that 500 mcg every day morning on top of reta and cagri when it arrives but yea I just got bloodwork done post cycle like 1.5 weeks ago gonna get Them back soon maybe there is something in there to explain cravings

    Yea OK thank you my problem is im too fat to keep growing atm i Think I Will just put on bodyfat no matter what hence why I was gonna try more Leanish bulking but my body just even though I have been gaining steadily for last 1.5 weeks like slowly it just keeps sending me signals about food worse than on my cut somehow the gym mirror pics was 3 months ago at 107 kg im about 90 kg right now

  • You could become a competitve eater. Make a YouTube channel and turnover more than 90% of any bodybuilder in the world lol. All jokes aside use the peptides we have now. It’s much easier than just torturing yourself. You can go pretty high on reta.

    Haha prolly could jokes aside I have no aspirations competing in bodybuilding or competitive eating yet im hoping I Can get to open size though in a couple of years i Think I can do it im 20 years old only now and 1.5 years in then would like to try a show once I got some size on me but I feel too small yet to cut all the way Down

  • Am I lean? I always get told im 20-25% bodyfat and im not so Big yet im 1.5 years in to my bodybuilding journey 172 cm tall 90 kg so if I ate more I would prolly get to like a good place like 100-105 kg but be like 30% bodyfat

  • That is gonna be diet for tomorrow diet prior to this had been mostly oats based cause i had read it was most satiating carb but that diet was low in fat so im gonna try higher fat now and see as I read it slows gastric emptying prior diet was

    200 gram blueberries
    500 gram oats made in to oatmeal with 3x as much water to try and make it more filling
    800 gram chicken
    70 gram whey
    400 gram sweet potato
    20 gram peanut butter
    And 140 gram pineapple but ngl im thinking of quitting ngl i cant keep my hunger under control once I get below 100 kg no matter what I do and im not Big enough to be above 100 kg yet

  • Right now im eating 720 gram chicken a day 14 eggs 460 grams Rice raw weight 600 gram sweet potato raw weight 500 gram mixed veg 140 gram pineapple and 100 gram blueberries and still starving and im not even lean fat as fuck

  • I know it sounds retarded but I May need 14 mg reta and 5 mg cagri Per week even in a bulk just to not over eat prolly all the way up to 5000-6000 kcal a day

  • Yea I have janoshik lab testing on it its actually overdosed its 24 mg not 20 mg Per vial and i added 1cc bac water and doing 5 iu Per day so im actually on 8.4 mg

    so for morning shot reta,mots-c,nad+ going in same syringe is fine just keep slu seperate and at night gh should be seperate from mt2 and klow?

    Upper limits of igf expression. 12 is a bolus . 24 is 2 boluses . 24 wouldn’t see a greater AUC than 15-18 . So for ease 2×12 [/quote]
    So you are saying the biggest bolus productive is 15-18 iu? Cause i would prefer not to multi dose gh as I find my glucose is way better doing 12 iu just before bed i sometimes do mini 2 iu shot pre fasted cardio but anyway beyond 18 iu you wouldnt see more from a bolus shot is that why when you tried for 1 day recently you did 6/18 split?
