    Your food intake you say you’re not on a specific meal plan are you eating nutritious food or rubbish ? because that makes a huge difference. Also how’s sleep? Are you actually recovering ? I know you say volume is low but you’re not improving so something is a miss..

    When did you last run bloods? How’s your diet going? Have you dropped a lot of weight?

    I fill carbs with rice, (sweet) potatoes, pure rye bread oats, and fruits. protein with Chicken,Tuna,Eggs,Milk and Whey. Fats from butter,omega 3 oil, Eggs but no specific sources they just accumulate. Since the cut I started eating vegetables and I’m trying to improve my health through clean eating.

    I didn’t do any proper blood test for a year but had active swollen gyno that hurt in summer that wasn’t resolved as I didn’t have pituitary gland adenoma. So hormones probably were doing weird stuff. It’s inactive now doesn’t hurt anymore and shrank a lot so I’m not concerned anymore should I still run a blood panel?

    Hey Mathias, how is everything outside of training? Like meals/sleep/recovery etc? Have you deloaded since you stalled at the beginning of your cut??

    I don’t run any specific diet. Just a caloric deficit with 45% carbs 30% protein 25% fats. I fill my proteins Animal based due to bioavailability. I train after my first meal which has plenty carbs..I sleep 7-8 hours… take my omega 3 and Curcumin.

    I’m not sure I need a deload with how little volume I’m doing, I was thinking about increasing volume actually so I do 2x of everything but yeah I’ve been pretty stuck the last few months even before the cut, but my diet and sleep haven’t been as good as on the cut now. [/quote]

    How is your cut going 6 weeks in? What have you lost, and how lean are you at this point?

    My total calories were at 1700-1800 the first month but have been at 2000-2100 the last weeks with more cardio instead. I dropped 6-7kg since I started beginning of December. 71 to 64kg @175cm. I probably started at 18-19% bf and am at 13-14rn?
