My friends and I all use the £40-50 thera gun kit from Ebay. I have used them myself and for the price it’s pretty impressive what you get. Definitely worth getting, just watch some tutorials on the Tube to make sure you’re maximising your investment.

I pop my pec fibres quite regularly. Do not perform any exercises that will compromise that muscle further. When this happens to me, I typically avoid chest compounds for 7-14 days and focus on overhead/tricep compounds. If it hurts, don’t do it and when you decide it feels better and want to try a chest compound, use your head, load the pec back slowly week after week.

Hope it works out OK for you.

I’ve used the football bar a lot for overhead work previously to assist my log press. Seated and deadstop off the pins is an absolute killer.

I opened the thread in this section because I need help in this area. my training and nutrition is on point as I’ve said before, I’ve put on 22kg of muscle as a natural from 58kg at 12%BF to 80kg at 12%BF in 9 years of lifting (most of it within the first 7 years, the last 2 years I’ve been stagnating because I figuered I was close to my natural limit and also had low T I guess for some time). I can list my workout routine (low/moderate volume, high intensity, for the last 2 years 1loading/1backoff set per excercise – I do have a logbook and of course try to beat my numbers every session) and nutrion plan (pretty standard bb-like, 6 meals/day, 3800-4200kcal, 300g prot, 50g fats, rest carbs) if you like, but that defeats the purpose – I was asking something else.
I was (and still am) obsessed with training and nutrition, for 9 years I’ve only focused on these two aspects – now a third variable has introduced and the success didn’t come, in terms of PEDs I’m lacking experience and knowledge, this is why I came to you – so please don’t just tell me to look again at the other two variables.

If you were able to gain 22kg naturally but only 3kg enhanced, why is that the case? You can now build muscle at an accelerated rate, and you are progressing to less than that of your natural self. My assumption is that your training or diet has just fallen off a cliff. I had only assumed training is the missing link as you barely even mentioned it. I still am going to side with training, diet and recovery. The doses you have taken are enough to see huge jumps in muscle mass IMO. I do not think more is better if you are around 80kg. I know what you are asking, you want someone to gratify you taking more dosages. I’m not going to do that because I do not believe it to be necessary for you yet. I’m trying not to be a dick but when it’s not the answer you want – It’ll be that way.

From reading all of that, all I can gather from you is that what gear you take seems to be your priority. If you take the gear, you say you are consistent with food and you’re putting on the body weight…what is the missing link?

Your training. How are the sessions, the intensity, the progressions? The answer is not more gear at this point. At your height and weight I honestly would just keep recycling 3-400mg test. You do not need all the extras yet. Logbook and get stubborn AF. All time PB’s every session is the goal.

    Hi mate,

I have plates and screws in L1 to L3. The answer for a long time was to simply find exercises that do not cause pain or aggrevation. You can still progress a physique nicely without having to lower back load. After healing time, I started my lower back loading from scratch, literally deadlifting 40kg, moving up 5kg a week until I felt confident.

I have no experience with GH so I can’t comment but at 19 it is definitely not something I would advise.

Currently running deca only cycle @ 800mg p/week. On my log – best cycle for me I’ve ran thus far.

You have gained 9KG in body weight in under 4 weeks – that is the consequence for gaining weight so rapidly. You’ll feel like shit. Cruise, clear out, acclimate to your new body weight, get healthy. Go again, but moderate the calories so you don’t make such rapid jumps in weight.

-Narrow grip bench was the main compound exercise and with a goal to now increase volume I went 150/155/160 x 3, all with a 2 count pause. Felt very strong,

Mate you need to slow down, you’re leaving me behind!!! Hahaha. Awesome progress matey! Buzzing to see the numbers you bring on the platform!

I have ran both at the same doses and the only difference I could tell was just how quick they kicked in. Gains were similar, how I felt was similar, water retention was similar, end result for me was similar. I personally would choose deca as I only have to pin once/twice a week and is generally cheaper to buy ml for ml.

CDT within the Military (unless it’s changed since my time) does not test for PED use.

Recreational Cocaine/Opiod drugs are what is tested for. It’s a Urine test, or at least it was.

Some of the larger PTI’s within all units are clearly enhanced and yet are still serving.

I was cycling during my service of 12yrs, tested at least 12 times, and was never caught.

    100% correct.

    Ignorance is bliss.

I suggest you get clean. The drug tests our British Forces are doing are being modernised every day, and they if they suspect PED usage, they will test you, they will catch you and they will dismiss you instantly. If you are caught, you will be barred from serving across all branches.

Once serving and you have an understanding of the routine, consider it then. A lot of our boys are enhanced. Very few are enhanced for basic. I would have never gotten away with PED during my basic at Lympstone. I would never advise it.

I am not entirely sure how you intend to keep up the jabs during your training? I would like to hear how, it would amuse me.
