    Sounds like it could be the food sources that you’re using if you’re experiencing bloating and nausea after eating.

    Are you experiencing this after every meal?

    Maybe post your diet below, so that we can take a look through for you.

    Yes, it’s all meals and honestly even upon waking on empty stomach.

    Current diet. Only change is AM oats are 1cup and meal 2 rice is 200g.

    As with hilly , your getting cracking control from the primo and mast , which is causing that further lowering of shbg. From an anabolism perspective , could lower those dht drugs a little and add in a little more test , this will see a more favourable test – estro ratio for growth , shbg will rise a touch too, libido and mood will increase too

    Yes, very typical , high doses of anabolics always see a drop in shbg , During a cruise it will rise much higher .

    What was your e2 on this cycle ?

    My E2 is sitting at 28.

    Hey mate . Having just had a ct scan the level is 0-1000+ in increments of 1-10 11-400 401-1000 and 1000> . Are you sure you had a coronary heart scan? : calcium score ?

    Yes, 100% certain I had one just over a month ago.

    0 = no evidence of CAD

    1-10 minimal evidence of CAD

    11-100 mild evidence of CAD

    101-400 moderate evidence of CAD

    400+ extensive evidence of CAD.

    Haha the high stims amplify my anxiety so o avoid those. Makes me feel better about aas use though.

    I would definitely add dianabol in addition to your test. Tried and true for off season mass gains.

    I guess I was exaggerating slightly, I’m sure lots use it but from what I can see it’s a lot less popular than it was back in the day and people are choosing alternatives.

    I know plenty that won’t use orals during off season because of sides.

    I think a lot opt for oxy if they can tolerate or Even tbol.

    I think a lot of it is down to what you can tolerate. Orals can be harsh AF and can fuck with number 1 thing for growth, appetite

    Deca and EQ as Louis said are used an awful lot too.

    I have liked tbol but I’ve used it instead of anavar for recomp as opposed to mass gains. Anadrol wrecks appetite from what I understand and it’s a reason I avoid it. Dianabol never has done that to me. Personally, I’d go test, deca/npp, kick it off with dbol.
