Where abouts in the north west we talking
I live in Lancashire , Preston. There’s your usual shit commercial gyms and a few old school bodybuilding gyms with super old kit. But just after one with good quality newer kit like the brands listed above.

I would not base my judgement on the weight but on your skin thickness and your overall look
Get as lean as you can
If it’s 3kg, it’s fine
If it’s 8kg it’s also fine
When you skin on belly becomes thin and you see better your abs, means that you are getting there soon

Great work so far bud! So as long as you are still driven and focused to come down some much, which it sounds like you are keep on it. Don’t focus so much on a number, but go by your look. Get as lean as you can and the number on the Scales will fall where it falls. Keep us posted

I would get as lean as you can here before changing direction. So this just depends on your adherence bud and what you can tolerate

Before touching at any macros or kcals
I would add some daily cardio 15/20min per day
We do want to keep your kcals the highest possible, so start with some Neat/steps/soft cardio
Cause you did not mentionned if you actually do some
I assume you drink enough water also
Sorry, I do average of 8,000-10,000 steps per day. If I don’t hit that whilst im working then I’ll get on the walking pad when I get home.

Diet at moment is;
Meal 1 (pre) : 100g COR, 1 Scoop iSo
Intra: EAA’s , Cyclic Dextrin
Meal 2 (post) 2 eggs, 4 egg whites , 1 bagel
Mid morning : 1 scoop iso, 2 scoop collagen peptides
Meal 3 : 250g chicken breast, 100g mixed vegetables
Meal 4: 150g lean turkey mince , 125g Basmati rice , any green veg.
Meal 5 prior to sleep : 200g low fat Greek yoghurt , 80g frozen blueberries

I would add an intra workout shake, increase the meal sizes and skip meal 6 so you can sleep earlier. 6.5h is not a lot a night…
Yeah I’ll have my pre workout 30 mins before training …. And Cyclic Dextrin & EAA’s at earlier side of workout as well

Great work Matt! For now , it’s just about bringing everything up , so just keep going 🙂 , be super consistent and train hard and you will keep changing
