3 days later when you do the same session again, if there’s anything that doesn’t progress and it’s noticeable it’s not recovered, remove a set and regulate it from there.

No i never tried this split and never done an upper day, i’ve always done pplppl rest.

I wouldn’t say it’s a good idea, no. Doing cardio immediately after eating could cause cramping and digestive problems due to blood being drawn away from the stomach and into the muscles, leaving less blood available to digest the food. You may find your performance is affected too, as your body is using energy to try and digest the food.
A short, gentle walk after eating can help with digestion, but anything more intense or for a long duration would be counterproductive.

Hello mate, don’t complicate; toast your bagel before leaving and do a sandwish with your eggs and white eggs
Recipe for pancake it’s easy, your eggs+white eggs + your carb quantity of the bagel into oats, and that’s all, aside you add pineapple or you put it into your pancake while it’s baking.
You need a small pocket with ice pack for your solid meal; easy.
Gonto a supermarket, take a lunch bag and one ice pack and that’s all

You are sub 100 so I wouldn’t worry provided it stays there . So some steps to take
Keep cardio fixed on wake year round , use our insure product with all carb meals . Run less carbs on rest days . Keep the majority of carbs at the workout perimeter especially post workout.
Retatrutide seems like a miracle peptide for lowering hba1c and keeping fasted BG in a good spot too. I plan to run it all offseason to mitigate the issues from high gh use , absolute game changer for bodybuilding and health
