If you can do 3 sessions I would go

Upper lower upper and rotate them

So each day you go in would be either upper or lower and alternating them ( same way you would Training one on one off )

Thank so Week 1 ULU, Week 2 LUL.

    – Do you think you need to increase volume to make up for the slightly lower frequency (1.5/week vs 2xweek) or is the “top set/back off” generally enough? (I mean, as a starting point, obviously the logbook will give feedbacks)

    – Do you believe 2 rotations are enough? (I feel more proficient with 2 vs 3, BUT I understand I might stall sooner)

    – Do you reccomend loaded stretches on top of the working sets?

Any suggestions on how would you set up things for three workouts a week? This is what I came up to, but I’m very open to listen to any of you “veterans”

There is 100% a chance to progress. Like you said, beat the log book, and make sure your rest, recovery and eating are on point.

Around the end of last year/beginning of this year I was training 1-2 times per week due to working an ungodly amount of hours to save up for my wedding. Had some of the best progress ever.

Your structure actually sounds like a lot of fun to me. If I ever have to go back to that I might steal some of your ideas! Lol.

Haha not my ideas, as I said, Jordan’s 🙂

Anyway thank you very much for your feedback!

Yes it certainly is while you regain what was lost

I would just train hard , slowly up food mainly on training days n keep cardio in.

So weight will go up slowly?
