    Thanks for getting back to me.

    There was no reason for it. would you suggest keeping with the 5-9 9-12 for all exercises.

    Touch wood lower back has been ok up to now but this week is only the 2rd full rotation ive done. would you swap some exercises out just to protect lower back more?

    Yes i am running 3 on 1 off.
