Have to shave weekly otherwise I need to crank out the whipper snipper to get rid of body hair.
I’ve personally found that legs seem to be the most prone to rashes or Ingrown hairs so for my legs I use a body groomer which is a extremely close shave but causes no irritation, every where else I use a razor. If your hair is lengthy I recommend using a electric shaver before then tackling it with the razor otherwise you will likely end up with skin irritations. Another thing I’ve experienced is try not to spray your skin with after shaves or deodorants directly after shaving as this seems to also cause rashes. -
I’m much the same, I’ve gone through phases where no amount of sauce could make me want to eat a chicken and rice meal but weirdly enough one of my favourite meals at the moment is bland chicken and rice with no sauce and only pink salt

signs of over training for me are
lack of progress – NOT EVERY SET EVERY SESSION WILL IMPROVE…BUT ON THE WHOLE, STRENGTH SHOULD BE PROGRESSING
not feeling motivated
unusually tired/fatigued (when other variables cant be blamed!)
lack of appetite____________________________

I know this is a very broad question and would vary person to person but over what period of time would you allow this to occur before you suspect you might be overtraining?

It just doesn’t seem possible to train with real intensity week after week for months and months. Eventually the body will give.
Deloads are interesting thought but I feel this is for people who really can’t get there head round not going to the gym and resting completely.
It’s more of a mental thing. “I’ll deload instead of taking a bit of time off” when the rest will do more good.
Just my thinking
100% the body will give. But I have to agree with @kuba1000hotmail-co-uk-cielen as for some people it stresses them out more. I’ve accumulated a few injuries and all of which probably were due to not allowing my body enough recovery. I’ve got some time out coming up for a hernia repair and I’m already stressing out

I wouldn’t confirm or deny anything. The fact they have sent you a letter tells me they don’t really have much incriminating information against you and are probably hoping that you will come in, do a interview with them and they will structure their line of questioning that isn’t necessarily you being charged but as soon as you confirm what they are asking then you will be charged. Think of it this way, if you were already busted why would they waste time asking you politely to come in? Just my 2 cents.

Can’t comment from experience as I haven’t purchased from them yet as I don’t think they have any distributors in Australia
But were they open due to Easter or possibly even had fewer staff working or a larger volume of orders?
I’m sure they will be in touch soon and wouldn’t stress about it. -
Obviously only reason I ask the above question, would be good to know if somehow it helped with the carb load to then be able to utilise in peak week as a loading tool not to burn fat. I could be completely off the mark though

I tend to stop leg 10 days prior as suffer with inflamation
cardio depends . physically for mist if ready it’s not needed but mentally it can help keep people sane
I’d defo suggest a reduction though especially if loading ..

I know your a big fan of cardio year round and recently I’ve actually become more of a fan myself. Cardio sessions are by no means intense (walk my dog for 40 mins once a day). This may sound odd but do you find cardio helps you look fuller? Whenever I have cardio on my carb load days upper body looks tight and full but my legs can be very hit and miss, sometimes they can look washed out and others full. Do you experience this as well?

It’s a hard one to put your finger on. I definitely also wake up during the night to and have a mid night snack and have done so for years, when I was younger dad Even filmed me sleep walking, Making a bowl of cereal and going back to bed without eating it.
But certain types of drugs also affect my sleep, how do you find you generally feel when your in bed? Are you able to relax and fall asleep easy enough? Or are you irritable, struggle falling asleep and don’t quite feel like you fall into a deep sleep ?Yes I can relax and fall asleep within minutes

Have you used melatonin before? I find this helps me stay asleep 12mg I was using right before bed ( 4 x 3mg caps) but you might want to assess tolerance. The only time these don’t work for me is when I’m using things like clen or tren as I have trouble falling asleep with some nights questioning if I even slept at all which usually only happens with tren.

rad140 and lgd are probably your best options.
ostarine will also work but the results are not huge.
lgd is quite nice if dosed at 20-30mg a day. its comparable to dbol but with less water.
it migth be useful in a cruise because for most people it has lower impact on bloods than pretty much all oral steroids.

I never ended up actually give RAD a run did you find it had anything out of the ordinary to offer?
Any time I’ve used sarms I’ve stacked them with gear just to try out something different but can’t really say the benefits were worth cost.
Cardarine is probably the only exception, I find this lowers my resting heart rate and I’m also asthmamatic so seems to help a lot with overall breathing somehow.
-
40mg holy crap. why? i use 3-7mg. more is not better with anything.
To be honest I watched a video of enhanced athlete and one of the statement he made was people compare a low dose of sarms to a high dose of gear which from what I had seen and heard actually seemed to be the case so I thought I would do a dose of LGD relevant to that of Dbol. I’m never really one to push gear as even in a blast I’ll never go past 1000mg a week but I was quite interested to see how it would go.
-
I tried LGD at 40mg a day with 100mg test prop EOD. To be honest the strength gains I got from that far surpassed anything I had with DBOL or Anadrol but the water retention, increase in blood pressure, appetite reduction didn’t really stack up with the benefits. I ended up stopping due to how uncomfortable it was. I agree with Kubas point above and real gear was actually cheaper.

100% you will not be able to combine the 2. I was a professional fighter for 6 years. Training twice a day was a lot of wear and tear on the joints. Extremely hard to put on weight, I could never get past being a middleweight (84kg) just in relation to amount of calories being burned a day. 2 years after I’ve stopped my bulk reached 118kg quite easy, currently 102 now mid 5%s on dexa.
Basically the weight workouts should just be used to compliment your MMA movements opposed to making you a bodybuilder or if your purely doing MMA as a form of cardio for bodybuilding there is probably far better choices in terms of how taxing it is on joints and nervous system.
